This month for our column over at Jordans we reviewed a book which we feel should be available to everyone, from practitioners to self represented applicants in the Family Court.
We also make a bold proposal, in which we invite Jordans and other publishing houses to get involved in a ground breaking effort to make the law accessible to all.

Natasha people must start to look deeper into why child abuse is so covered up, it is not only the abuse and paedophiles but we are talking of Billions of pounds insurance pay out should the thousands of kids abused in care prove their abuse the banks and all will really be brought down to earth Andy Peacher has this on Freedom Talk Radio on Sunday.
Four years ago a little boy “In a child’s best interest” in the care system was rushed to hospital and from this i questioned social services with regards to an insurance claim for the child, the reply was we cannot answer the questions, ( i have this evidence) from this I went onto researching more into the corruption of the Insurance companies and have done so until present day, a year ago I told all at the rally in Trafalgar Sq. that every kid in care is covered by a life insurance, a day later i was contacted by a whistle blower and boy are we talking billions why do you think there is a cover up of the child abuse why are talks going on and on, perhaps people should ask Tony Blaire, so who has claimed the insurance money for untold years of those kids murdered gone missing sexually abuse and abused in every way, go to the Government but there will be another cover up

From a little boy battered and rushed to hospital four years later people such as Brian have now picked up on what i have been saying this information has been for a long time on the web page of children screaming to be heard. Andy Peacher has known of the life insurances for the past two years and it is a thank you for bringing this information to the attention of the people by Talk Radio.
email I received after the Trafalgar Sq. rally
When you addressed the crowd you mentioned Municipal Mutual Insurance. During the 70s & 80s Staffs County Council were sued for the use of what was called “pin-down policy”. Children in care were subjected to this with horrifying results which resulted in legal action against Staffs CC and MMI were the insurance company dealing with it as their insurers. The claims were many and they came at a time that MMI was also dealing with an action against West Mids Police by the “Birmingham 6”. The file was called “Billy Power & others v. West Mids Police”.
So financially damaging were these claims to MMI that they had to be taken over by Zurich Insurance. This means that any claims would now be dealt with by Zurich Insurance not MMI.
