Researching Reform 
The lack of information re child abuse in fostercare has very little to do with “poor record keeping”.It is because children in fostercare are FORBIDDEN to inform their parents at contact (or anyone else) of any child abuse or ill treatment by their “carers”.
Nearly all those children abused by Jimmy Saville and other “celebrities” were “in Statecare”
When judges order children to be removed from parents for “risk of future harm” they never assess the risks children run in fostercare which are usually infinitely greater.
Statecare is a very dangerous place and the risks are (or should be) frightening ……….
