Researching Reform 
Judge Black has obviously been too long practising as a Family Court Judge. She should retire. She clearly has a particular bent for forced adoption as she dismissed any other possible option. She also lacks compassion.
Many girls aged 16 years old have babies & can look after them. I don’t know the girls circumstances but if she doesn’t have family then this would be a case of social workers supporting her until she felt confident. Forced Adoption should not even be considered.

The Council would have been inline for a £27000 so-called grant payout for having this baby adopted as they would with others.
the Judge knew what she was doing but pushing that order through so quick makes her actions highly suspicious. that said she will be confident that nobody is ever going to investigate possible corruption.
