These are the latest child welfare items that should be right on your radar:
- Charity launches campaign to keep children in care close to the people and places that matter to them
- Updated guidance on Controlling or Coercive Behaviour in an Intimate or Family Relationship (Crown Prosecution Service)
- Law on social care for disabled children will be reviewed
Researching Reform 
Most of the 32 items listed as coercive behaviour are petty and are there to serve as excuses for social services to go to court and take the children into care !
For example “controlling spending” ! IF during 52 years of marriage i did not take some control over my wife’s shopping expeditions we would soon be bankrupt ! Also smacking the dog ,and clenching a fist when exasperated and monitoring her bank account ……….
Well she is French and that explains everything………
Thankfully unlike UK in France they do not take children from their parents for futile predictions of “risk of future harm”

We have two children in long term care who only live 4 miles away yet we have been cut off by the council and the carer for 8yrs. No contact at all and even after going back to court last year for a contact order the carer got the council solicitor on her side and they both convinced the judge that contact would not be in their best interests and the judge agreed. Evil people.

Dr Manhattan did the judge make an order specifically forbidding you from approaching or contacting your two children? If not get to them as they come out of school and tell them to contact you on phones belonging to friends !
