Researching Reform 
I do not believe this lady is sorry at all ! If she was she would surely apologise for the thousand of forced adoption taking place right now in this century! She chooses instead not only to ignore them but to boast of possible new reforms including to consider the possibility of notifying the unfortunate birth parents if their adopted child is now dead !!
Such secret information has never been released freely up to now as for heavens sake it might discredit a social worker or adoptive parent ……………..
One exception is when as happened recently a lovely baby boy forcibly adopted by two gay fellows( despite the protests of its loving grandma) was savagely beaten to death in the first few months.Murder of course goes to the criminal courts so they could not keep that one quiet .

Julie Morgan is a hypocrite for not acknowledging the same forced adoption crimes taking place today. she obviously believes the 1989 children act only allows forced adoption when its in the best interests of the child and as a last resort.
a lot of parents are going to fuming about this.
