The Children and Families Truth Commission (CFCTC) published the first human rights-focused survey for children and families going through Britain’s child protection system in November. The response so far has been hugely generous – but the commission would love to hear from more families.
The survey was produced in collaboration with child-protection experienced parents and it has been designed to be accessible and easy to fill out.
The survey asks families in Britain about their experiences of children’s social care and the courts, including times when they felt that their human rights were not supported.
The commission created this survey so that it can better understand which human rights are being breached inside the system, and how.
If you are a child or child-protection experienced parent or relative and you have some time to spare, we would love you to complete the survey. The more feedback we get the more we can understand the problems, so please help us ramp up the survey responses if you can.
You can do this by filling out this survey, and sharing it with others who may want to complete it.
The commission is going to set a closing date for the survey in the coming weeks, so if you have been thinking about filling it out this is just a heads up.

I have done this survey. It’s time children were returned home and stop forced adoption on lies for profit gain.

familys are destroyed in lies and fabricated lies sw steal children on lies take them from thriving good films. they whole system is a shambles qnd lie to protect there point scoring as government set out targets they are given bounces for young babys / children to be adopted and stolen . laywers are in it just for profit money making. cafcas go with social lies so judges believe then slam gagging orders on you. this whole system stinks I don’t think we’re ever change it due to govement and there rules and how sw work against familys stealing children separating the siblings placing them in homes to be abused by carers . were kept away from our children on lies they call the carers mummy as they so young and not recorrected it’s a shambles forced adoption needs to stop familys need reuniting and thoes who do need help should be given it not there children stolen . the allegation that brought sw in my life have been N.F.A then social dropped qll that used past millions lies from 10 years ago to now try steal my children . they system are all in it together and we’re silenced to not talk this world and the justice system is seriously messed up. we’re distracted lies told about us qnd social point black get away with this . I stand with these films who have prob found them self’s in the same boat . our children are put in strangers bed change plants feel sad cry into pillows wanting to come home saying they will be good sorry if there bad they miss us just want there toys friends and to have there old life back . one of my children said that they couldn’t cope no more they wanted it to end . its been very difficult for my children they have seriously sufferd these last 8 months all from lies. sw have not even done any paper work to say about children coming home. they lied qnd are stealing them I need help.
