- Social workers being offered over £100k by agencies ‘feeding into’ recruitment woes
Researching Reform 
One of the greatest risks any child can take is to join the 100,000 + children in the UK “State care system” (80,000 in England)where an average 10,000 children in care are reported missing every year (according to the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Runaway and Missing Children and Adults) . Almost half those in prison or engaged in street prostitution were themselves in State care as children.

I’m just wondering why anyone would offer to pay a social worker £100K – surely their work cannot financial profit anyone in any way!??? Hmmmm.

Yes, it’s just that usually we see that money going to the owners or shareholders.
