These are the latest child welfare items that should be right on your radar:
- Olivia Pratt-Korbel: Funeral of nine-year-old shot dead in Liverpool takes place
- Former government special adviser to take up top role at Adoption UK
- Nagalro urges reinstatement of requirement for adoption agencies in England to consider religious persuasion, racial origin and cultural and linguistic background of child
“Adoption UK supports people who are adopted, families who adopt and the professionals who work with them.”
Yes that is what they say; but clearly they do NOT support the devastated birth parents whose children have been forcibly taken from them or even worse the mothers whose babies have been taken away at birth to be given away to strangers.
What a wretched uncaring organisation they are !

I am with Ian on this .. In fact AUK are well subscribed to, by Adopters, and businesses that support them, as well as able to get grants and their income stream even in Covid was going up.
I do think by default they are also supporting Forced Adoptions and painful ones for kids who have been shown by their own AUK stats to be disrupting the Adoptions at large numbers.. Of course the new brands of counselling and help for Adopters through the biased skilling up of Adopters-as-parents will “adjust” the kids…. Not Adoption though to change it to Guardianship and less severe forms of alternative child care without fictionalising original identity ..
I have little doubt from a lot of information I am seeing that Adoption is not as successful as media/agencies would portray and that it’s social design often creates a special Adoptee-neurosis which is painful for many .. Our new 2022 Global Anon Adoptee Survey is picking up large amounts of abuses done to Adoptees and mental health distresses .. Comment boxes on the survey are just raw with pain about Adoption and what happened in it ..It’s hard to read to curate as the survey is not finished yet and needs “patrolling” ..

Hi natasha .I.have been fighting to get my son transport for his special needs college. I have been asking the local authority since March.i.even contacted my local mp.good news they are going to provide transport as from next week. So my son can have a opportunity to attend college for further education. Also his SEND and EHCP will be looked at .I have got reassured from his new college that the staff will help him to reach his targets that needed hopefully for future employment.

“I am looking forward to helping Adoption UK build on the strong relationships it already has with social workers, education and health practitioners, politicians and sector leaders in all four nations of the UK.”
Need i say more. its a breeding ground for serious corruption and law breaking but they know they will get away with it because there is nobody policing them. just like the SS and family courts. they can do whatever they like to innocent people.
Sickening.
