These are the latest child welfare items that should be right on your radar:
- Review finds some care plans put in place cause emotional distress to children
- Placing children in state care is not a solution, says President of the Maldives
- Nearly 300 demand South Korea probe their adoptions abroad

Nearly ALL care plans cause distress to children. When they are forcibly snatched from loving but imperfect parents at around 6.30am and have their phones and lap tops confiscated to isolate them from family and friends of course they are “distressed” !
The short answer is that no children should be taken into care because of mere “risk” of future harm.Risk assessments by those who claim to predict the future should be banned !
Of course when a chyild has already suffered significant harm there is a good case for a care order depending on how much harm was suffered and who caused it.
That was the law before the infamous Children Act 1989 was passed and surely that situation should be reinstated today !

Like we didnt already know that.
most care plans are very likely unlawful given what the SS have to do to achieve it. Councils know the judges and solicitors very well and probably too well. conflict of interest is an understatement with these corrupt people. Childrens mental health is being damaged by these ruthless criminals yet the govt turn a blind eye.
