Researching Reform 
It would be nice if children in fostercare who are raped or sexually abused could report the fact to their parents at contact but alas they are not allowed to do so..
It would be wonderful if children in care homes could report sex abuse and be listened to.Unfortunately that was not the case in Rotherham where teenagers were denounced as prostitutes by social workers when they tried to escape the taxi drivers child traffiking.
Similarly their complaints about Jimmy Saville and Cyril Smith were brushed aside by the care homes to whose financial wellbeing these perverts had so generously contributed !
