Yes we all know the “needs” of most children’s homes that look after kids who are subject to care orders.
Fees,fees,and even more fees often double or even treble the cost of sending Princes William and Harry to Eton !Trouble is they never provide anything like the facilities and general standards at Eton………..
Sometimes the unfortunate children end up in a rundown terraced house in a most undesirable district staffed by a bunch of paedos waiting to pounce on them !
There are of course exceptions such as the very smart care homes generously funded by the likes of Jimmy Savill,Cyril Smith ,and other celebrities,!! Patrons whose nightly visits to dormitories are studiously ignored as long as the money keeps rolling in …… ……….
