This research adds up to tacit approval of the taking of children from the poor and giving them to the care of rich adoptive parents or confiding their destiny to the care of the super wealthy and profitable adoption and fostering agencies !
I would suggest that the increase in numbers of children taken into state care does not necessarily reflect parent poverty but more often the greed of profiteering adoption
and fostering agencies and private schools charging exorbitant fees who all make lots of money from the increase
