“Child abuse by foster carers”
One of the big problems we see is how Police fail/ refuse to act when birth parents report suspected abuse of their children in care. they tend to take the word of the SS who very often state they have visited the child at the placement and found no concerns. The Police need to do their own investigation instead of listening to the SS while some children are in grave danger. i have first hand experience of this type of failure and its sickening.
