Researching Reform 
Of course we all deplore domestic abuse by parents but I also deplore the lack of interest shown by the authorities in abuse suffered by children in care and in children’s homes.Jimmy Saville and Cyril Smith had a completely free hand in many” children’s homes” to sexually abuse whichever child tickled their perverted fancy !
Children abused by adoptive parents fare little better if the various stories of abuse and even murder are to be believed……….
