Are the NSPCC living in the real world and can they really believe that “being abrupt” with children is neglect? I have never met any parents who could say they have never ever shouted in anger at their chiidren on occasion let alone being (oh my god!) abrupt.
All parents get angry with the kids they love sometimes and as children get angry and shout at each other why should they expect parents to behave differently.The answer is “THEY DON’T”
I gave them a lot of cash and even more advice before and after prison (most of which they ignored) ;They are as far as I know happily preaching and praying throughout the African continent ! Good luck to them ………..
