The government has launched a consultation asking for peoples’ thoughts on the draft statutory guidance for the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
The Home Office’s consultation would like help clarifying the definition of domestic abuse, firming up best practice in addressing domestic abuse and ensuring abuse is effectively detected.
The government would like to hear from several groups including victims and users of support and prevention services; community and faith groups; services for forms of violence against women and girls including any specialist domestic abuse services; legal, education, social care and health care sectors; and local authorities.
The consultation closes at 11.45 pm on 14 September 2021.

Mar what about all the Domestic Abuse created and caused to children and parents who they have made victims of their Child Services which were supposed to support and protect not take kids without true or true lawful cause for profit??? Why is this not counting as a form of Domestic Violence after all Domestic means Domicile or within the dwelling place Aka in Home? Right?? Violence is harm caused to another. Why does it matter who did it? In most cases these bastards infected harm intentional, deceptively, with out permission, justification or other as violence dies come in many forms! But it’s far worse when you don’t even see it coming or you can’t truly identify it because Child Services fails to understand that mental and emotional abuse and even verbal abuse in some cases especially when involving your children whom they make a victim to their ministry gain system is a far worse act of violence than physical abuse! It’s Phycological warfare that they create within your dwelling space wither you identify this as a physical place brick and mortar or your bodily flesh and blood temples which is home to your spiritual soul being and in either definition of Dwelling you decide this fits, it needs to stop 🛑 Period!
