“New survey asks UK adoptees if they want to revoke their adoption orders”.
This type of survey only really applies to older adoptees who can speak up for themselves.
as for very young children below 12 years old, they wont even know such surveys exist let alone participate in one. younger children are kept like prisoners inside the care system and are denied a voice via an independent advocate. they are not told about their rights and are in fact kept in the dark. these children have no human rights and the main culprits violating their rights are social workers and carers who have unlawfully stopped contact with the childs parents and other siblings.
As i have mention before, even the former childrens commissioner Anne Longfield agreed that there is a big issue with children in care being denied a voice via an independent advocate yet she had no solutions to the problem. all she said was more needs to be done. how come nobody is looking at this as being a serious violation of human rights against these children. they are being failed by educated govt officials who claim to care about children in the care system yet they do nothing to tackle the problem. they’d rather leave it to parents fighting the dark side through the family courts while the months and years go by and the children are suffering in silence. Shame on 10 downing street.
What happens is if you’ve already got a letter in denying your consent to your medical records being shared say due to inaccuracies, police will go after your SS files instead.

Yes, there is a problem with younger adoptees for several reasons, but this survey is a start.
