Welcome to another week.
The government’s decision to extend the relaxation of some social care regulations impacting the rights of children in social care, means that local authorities can continue to stop face-to-face contact between birth families and children who have been removed from their care.
The extension sits alongside confirmation from the government that such contact was still allowed during the pandemic and needed to be enabled wherever possible.
Our question this week, then, is just this: have you found that contact has been stopped without good reason for your family?

Contact with our two sons was stopped 6 yrs ago for no good reason.
they simply said “they dont want to see you anymore”
which we know is lies.

Ask for that in writing for it in writing and what their reasons are. It’s simply not good or professional enough to just simply stop your children’s contact like that with no valid reason Xx

According to them their valid reason is that they had asked many times if our kids wanted to come to contact but they supposedly refused. we know this is lies but the SS can get away with almost anything they want.
And in answer to your second message, No the SS dont care who they harm not even the children they are supposedly there to protect. as long as they are collecting their £700 per week wages they couldnt give a damn. LA Social workers are required to be cold hearted and ruthless. if they cant deliver they are out.
As ive said many times the £27000 inter-agency adoption fee is very likely to be the route of the corruption. i dont believe for one moment the LA spend all of that money on setting up an adoption placement. i think its being divided up among other people involved in the court process when adoption is on the agenda.
Hence why lies are told, evidence is fabricated and parents are set up to lose.

Have they not learnt by now the negative effects this will create for these children by the time they’re older? How many will grow up to suffer with worsened mh when mh is already a problem for the children grown up in the system now?
To quote in the best interests of the child and so publicly all the time, the ones responsible for doing so are simply misleading the public but most of all the parents and the children affected especially Xx

When do you ever hear of a SS S/W being prosecuted for lies and perjury ? Never.

If I had a pound for everytime a parent had told me that I’d be well off all these years later. It’s not confirmation enough you simply being told this. If this is what’s been claimed what your children have said they won’t have a problem putting their reason in writing then like a well trained honest genuine professionals should. If not, they need holding to account for not behaving professionally interfering with your article 6 and 8 hr at least, and that of your children’s, because been left as it is is torture.
Your last point is interesting and for all we know could possibly be true Xx
