Researching Reform 
The “report ” refers to the growth in numbers of children aged 0-17 .I have never heard of any children who were not aged 0-17 ! That age group covers all the children in the UK does it not??

this what i sent.
The Govt should be investigating the large numbers of parents like my partner and i who have complained about maltreatment by council social workers.
serious areas of concern are as follows
1. Mash team S/workers unlawfully obtaining S20 agreements by threatening vulnerable and naive parents with the Police if they dont sign the papers that allow them to remove the children. this happened to us without the benefit of speaking to a solicitor first. (This was of great concern to Sir James Munby before leaving his post as President of the family division of the high court ) He stated that Local authorities were Unlawfully obtaining S20 agreements from vulnerable parents who do not know their rights.
2. Fabrication of evidence in Council assessments submitted to the family court.
3. Fabrication of Police information in a parent assessment.
4. Social workers withholding information from parents that could help a child access support from an independent advocate etc.
5. council Using spy cameras to spy on parents and children during contact sessions.
6. Unlawfully severing contact for no good reason then lying to children and the parents as to why contact has stopped.
7. Schools and Place2be withholding vital information at the request of the council. information that would prevent the suffering of children in Care. ********* council are willfully damaging the mental health of children using Lies and deception.
8. Social worker & foster carer framing my father with a fabricated assault to stop him having contact with his grandson. ( The Police were never contacted by social services. this was because it was lies. )
9. Social workers contradicting or denying positive things said by other professionals.
10. Social worker preventing NYAS gaining access to our Son denying him his right to an independent advocate. this has been going on for 6yrs.
11. Even my Barrister stated “The local authority have been up to all kinds of shenanigans in this case”.
the truth is Councils are engaging in criminal activity by way of setting up parents to lose in the family courts. especially when they are pursuing adoption orders.
12. Stage 2 investigations via the council complaints dept are rigged. we have the proof that a so-called independent S2 investigator was actually working for the council for 3 months while also working on our complaint.
this list of wrongdoing goes on and on.
