FREE SPEECH (and freedom to communicate) for children in care and their parents is urgently needed but will never be allowed by those who prefer to gag anyone who might reveal abuse in care by social workers,fosterers,adoptive parents,or others who profit from this horrible system.

Place2Be. where do i start with these people. back in Nov 2015 our son (then age 7) had approx 12 months of weekly sessions with this charity which worked inside his primary school. around one month in we started asking to see the data they had collected from him but both Place2Be and the school officials refused to share it with us claiming we did not have PR. this was lies as we held full PR at that time and for a further 6 months. our wrangle with the school and Place2Be went on for another year but we got nowhere. when we asked the school for the contact details of the Place2Be worker they said we would have to contact Place2Be head office which we did and they told us nothing and referred us back to the school. you can see what Cat & Mouse game they were playing. we even did a FOiR but they never did release that data to us and used a get out clause to withhold the information. Place2Be have very likely caused more harm then good to our son by colluding with the Council to stop our access to what our Son was saying to them during that 12 months.
My conclusion is that Place2Be are untrustworthy and should be investigated for potentially causing harm to children. My suspicion is that Place2Be withheld that data from us at the request of the council to protect their contract.
we even wrote to HRH Kate Middleton who is their patron and told her all about what had happened but the reply stated she could not get involved.
So much for protecting the mental health of Children. Seems that Councils and contracts come first.
