Researching Reform 
As I have said before “free speech”would help to expose child abusers especially those like Jimmy Saville and who Cyril Smith who specialised in abusing children “in care”.
Children in care are FORBIDEN to report abuse to their parents during contact and those parents sign a contract that they will not allow discussion with their children of anything criticising their so called care.If children were free say what they liked to who they liked the nest of vipers inhabiting the care system might get more or less neutralised !
