Question It!

Welcome to another week.

As the Department of Education promised to release guidelines last week to ensure children in care who have been granted contact with their birth families were able to access that contact, and failed to do so, parents and their children remain in limbo, often unable to see or speak with their biological parents.

Our question this week, is just this: do you think there should be an independent investigation into councils on their handling of contact between birth families and their children during the outbreak?
