In our third podcast, the Voice of the Child speaks with Legal Action for Women’s Anne Neale and Tracey Norton, on emerging themes and patterns they are seeing in child welfare cases.
Assisting women who have experienced domestic violence, and lost their children to forced adoption, Anne and Tracey come across dangerous levels of malpractice in the divorce and child protection proceedings they assist on.
LAW says the trauma suffered by the children and mothers in these cases is never taken into account by judges or child welfare professionals.
In this interview, we discuss the phenomenon of children and mothers being unjustly separated in family law proceedings, and the growing movement around post adoption contact applications being made by birth families.
Many thanks to Anne and Tracey for coming on to the programme.

The whole process has affected my whole family ,its like a life sentence when they take our children,I feel I’m fighting a losing battle,I’m drained ,cant face the world nomore, not without my grandchildren.
They took them for possible future harm that would happen anywhere, what makes them so sure it wont happen with these strangers?
Why are strangers more unique in their eyes?
Nobody can loved my grandchildren like their biological family do,and I dont care what anybody says.
Social services, judges, everyone involved are abusing our children and they have caused them lifelong harm ripping them away from us.

It took 6 years to bring the Nazi death camp rampage to an end.
the UK SS have been getting away with similar persecution and Child stealing for far longer and there seems no end to it.
How is that possible.

My experience of the Family Courts has been through a case where domestic abuse was used to take a child from her mother. To add injury to insult the mother was then accused by the LA of being the cause of her daughter’s incurable genetic condition. This was done when there was irrefutable DNA evidence that the mother was not the cause. The LA, Cafcass and an “expert” witness further used against the mother, the fact she had been abused as a child at 3 years old. This was allowed by judges at both county and appeal courts.
I feel the the underlying problem with the Family Courts is that it is staffed by those who see child abuse and domestic violence as totally the fault of the victims of such acts. They sit on the pretence of dispensing Justice. When in fact they are sitting on a system of corruption that defies all ideas of Justice, compassion and humanity.

They’ve done this to my family too,I’ve had to sell my home to fund everything and nobody is helping my daughter,I’m left with her trying to kill herself all the time and they’re blaming me for the way she is.
They’re saying shes been through childhood trauma when all I did was ask for help when she was a youth, the social services were useless, they all were and now I’m deemed the bad parent and cant have my grandchildren.

What you have to understand is that over the years Child protection has morphed into a very lucrative dirty business. it can only survive via supply and demand of children. how they get them doesnt really matter to these people. it doesnt matter to them that your are a good person, they will dispose of you any way they can to reach their objectives. we have heard in movies many times over the years
“its nothing personal, its just business”. this is the Ugly truth behind CPS in the UK.

They cover a number of very good points re how parents are targeted by the SS and the inaccuracies in their paperwork for the court.
I dont agree with their view on men going back to court for contact etc as its way too simplified. they are basically saying only the bad fathers go back to court and that good fathers dont have to because contact is sorted out between the parents. this is so untrue it beggars belief.

This hit me. Spoken well how this corrupt system works. Not just for women but for the family as a whole.
