As the UK child protection system tries to get a handle on the policy changes inside the sector – most notably the need to use care as a method of last resort, rather than the first port of call – a lot of very good resources are being published on how to do this well.
Anyone not familiar with the US’s Child Welfare Information Gateway should explore the site. While it’s true that the US has it own, very similar, problems to our own when it comes to putting children first in child welfare cases, sites like these offer a huge amount of information, a lot of which is progressive, intelligent and child-centric.

The problem we have in the UK is that SS seem to enjoy their power trip and take great pleasure in seeing parents broken down under their rule. severing contact is just another day at the office for these despicable people.

This is exactly what they’ve done to my family ,they’ve broken our family taking my grandkids for possible future harm.
I’m still fighting this evil system but keep getting turned down with nowhere to turn.
The ss are trying to cover up their mistake and I want to prove this because they have put the blame on my family,they have put my grandchildren through hell and I want them back where they belong.
