One word can not even begin listing or correcting all that is missing/wrong with family law/courts. However, with permission, if I could submit a legal phrase that I think would begin to bring back a modicum of confidence back in the system, it would have to be: LACK OF PERJURY INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION . No one should be exempt, including social care staff or others in the field.

The Family Justice System needs serious reforming with innocent Families and their loved one’s Human Rights being respected. It is riddled with Gender Inequality, Abuse of Powers, Collusion and Favouritism. Judges thinks too much of themselves as well as Advocates and Council’s.

Justice for our children who are taken away from their birth parents and put on the floor of adoption I do not agree with the term of adoption children should be only placed up for adoption if the parents are on the street or hard drug takers or alcoholism involved
