The latest child welfare items that should be right on your radar:
- At-risk teenager forced to live on series of caravan parks due to residential care shortage – Judge overseeing the case felt the story needed to be told
- Young people leaving custody receiving inadequate social care, inspectors warn
- This week’s Ombudsman children complaint decisions
“Summary: The Ombudsman cannot investigate Ms A’s complaint about her child being adopted against her wishes because it lies outside his jurisdiction. The Ombudsman cannot investigate matters that have been considered and decided in court proceedings. The
Ombudsman cannot investigate allegations of criminal activity which Ms A raises as this is a matter for the police.
Summary: The Ombudsman cannot investigate Ms X’s complaint about the court’s decision to remove her grandchildren from her daughter’s care because it lies outside his jurisdiction. The Ombudsman cannot consider matters that have, or could have, been considered in court proceedings. The law prevents us from doing so.”
Well is it any wonder why Social workers must be rubbing their hands. this shows how they are positioned virtually untouchable no matter what they do to people.
The LGO is not fit for purpose and should be shut down and replaced by Powers that Can intervene even when Courts are involved in a case.
the Police wont get involved in allegations against social workers and thats why the Govt should.

The complaints procedure is futile…the entire CP system has been cleverly built not to be broken.
There is no justice for wronged parents. Social Services and the Family Court are a law unto themselves and can do as they like without accountability.
The utter tragedy is the poor children that suffer at the hands of Social Services and the lifetime damage done to them.
MP’s are reluctant to get involved in cases…the Government is fully aware of what’s happening…sadly nobody cares.

This case should have sparked a massive investigation but nothing happened. i wonder why!. Shares in Adoption agencies maybe ?
“Judges and social workers have been conspiring to remove children unjustly from their parents,
It condemned family court judges for a ‘clandestine arrangement’ which meant that they simply rubber-stamped the demands of social workers without giving a fair hearing to the pleas of parents.
Rulings by family judges were ‘cut and pasted’ from recommendations emailed to the court by social workers, the High Court found.”

Absolutely…it doesn’t take much digging to find your suspicions are correct and those involved are in high positions and therefore untouchable.
It’s a massive business..both fostering and adoption….shameless child trafficking.
The question is how to expose this abhorrent corrupt trade.
These are supposed to be the most esteemed professionals…but sadly shameless.

Yes Sarah,
it would seem the highly educated establishment running our country are unfortunately utilizing their education for their own personal gain. even if it means the rest of the population have to suffer significant harm to do so. Nothing new there then!
Only the Power of the people can change this. protest may be the only way to break the chains of Power and oppression.

“The complaints procedure is futile…”
Yes you are correct. the Complaints dept of Councils, LGO and HCPC are very often a complete waste of time and energy.
even when Council complaints are upheld they simply make an apology and there is a recommendation for better practice yet in reality nothing changes. Social workers and their team managers must be laughing at all the parents who make complaints.

How many family court judges or their spouses have shares in adoption and fostering agencies or special schools and how many are “on the board” of similar establishments?
I’m only asking…………………………

Yes Ian those would be very interesting stats to see.
my suspicion is that it will reveal shocking numbers of So-called professionals operating inside this system with vested interests. profits and persecution seem to go hand in hand within this lousy rotten business.
