Chemical Castration sounds horrendously draconian and we have to think about those who may be falsely accused and exposed to this.
i believe these people are similar to those who have an obsession with spotting trains or collecting stamps etc.it is an obsession.
many of them could be brought out of it with the correct counselling support.
we know this is a difficult subject to deal with but all those who say Hang them! or Jail them for life! have to stop and think what if it was your Son.
