I have no problem believing this, because I learned it many years ago.
I found that police, social workers, solicitors, judges etc did not have the training, expertise, language to deal with paedophiles.
When paedophiles were reported to police , we were literally shown the door.
How many more got shown the door, allowing the child rapists etc to destroy lives of other children.?
