word of mouth is very difficult to prove.
with the exception of a few others only the UK Family courts operate without evidence.

The LGA seem to be focusing more on giving extra funding to so-called struggling LAs but no mention of the rapid rise in children under 2 yrs old being Adopted over the past 10 yrs.
they dont even mention it.
they just dont get or maybe they dont want to.
Theres an Adoption industry to feed!
