  • PACE: Families should be given support in a timely and positive way, with a view to avoiding removal of their children
  • Temporary relocation of a child: a practical approach
  • Creators of petition calling on the government to stop children being abused in court to submit petition comments to the Ministry of Justice – the comments offer insights into how the family court process affects children and their families.
