Welcome to another, slightly shorter, week.
A petition on Change.Org asking Prime Minister Theresa May to stop children being abused through the Family Court process, has gathered almost 77,000 signatures.
The petition anonymously details a case where two children were taken by force in the middle of the night, from their mother’s home, by the police, and forced to live against their wishes with their father. It alleges that the children have tried repeatedly to tell Cafcass that they wish to stay with their mother and have no contact with their father, however the petition suggests that Cafcass are not listening to the children, and that the father has used his financial advantage to hire specialist lawyers to remove the children from their mother’s care, as part of an ongoing series of controlling behaviours the petition alleges he has been exerting over the mother for some time.
The view outlined by the petition is that despite policy, guidelines, and legislation, which make it clear that the family courts should not be used to facilitate abusive behaviour or to place children in more situations where they could be emotionally or physically harmed, little in reality is being done to stop these practices. It also highlights the ongoing persecution parents face if they try to challenge the system’s decision making, or amplify the voices of their children if contrary to the court’s interpretation, or lack of interest in those voices.
As we cannot verify the contents of the case, this week’s question is not about the legitimacy of the claims themselves. Instead, we are asking you this: do you think the family courts and Cafcass have improved the way they listen to children?

Researching Reform 
Not only have Cafcass and social services not improved the way they listen to children, they actually gag children in care to stop them communicating unsupervised with parents and friends !
1:- Children taken into care have their phones and laptops immediately confiscated to isolate them from family and friends.
2:-These children are forbidden to report to their parents any injuries or abuse suffered in care t
3:-Children in care must talk in English to their parents at contact and to each other even if their first language is not English and even if their English level is poor. .
4:-Children in care are 100% gagged as contact with parents is stopped at once if a fobidden subject (abuse in care,coming home to mum,the coming court case etc etc ) is raised;
That is the way “they” listen to children in State Care !!

Having not been involved with the Family Court system for about ten years now, I’m not really qualified to say, but it appears that the Courts and CAFCASS have not improved – judging from the 77,000 signatures on the petition so far. The system is still adversarial, obviously, and whilst this remains the case no-one, in the end, ‘wins’, least of all the children. As far as I can see, the mantra that they all work ‘in the child’s best interests’ is as false as it ever was. In my humble opinion, the entire system still needs a radical revamp or preferably scrapped completely and replaced by a non-adversarial, truly caring, one. And whilst the present system remains very profitable for ‘experts’ and other leeches, pigs might fly!

My first Cafcass officer commended fact that my son start ed cry while being in foster care as sign of his emotional progress Another approved reducing contacts due to his son loyalty and love to me.

one 7 yr old boy who was unlawfully taken from his parents along with his baby brother was reported by the hostile Foster Carer to be suffering from Night Terrors and bed wetting.she claimed this was due to the terrible treatment he had suffered while in his parents Care.
it was total Lies and thats a 100% fact. the Judge swallowed every word as the truth!

The replies are a sad reflection on the current situation which is itself a disturbing revelation about our society and the legal system operating within it.
That it is true, I have no doubt since I know, and have met several victims; three of whom are octogenarians. They have been battling for justice for more than twenty years; two are physically and incurably ill, in addition to the mental distress they are suffering since both are convinced their problems will never end until they are dead.
Long ago, I believed in British Justice. Now I know it is a fallacy that exists in some Utopian dream. if you are rich – you stand a better chance of winning your case than if you are poor, which equates to; no money = no justice.
Like the immigrant who, having worked as a daily help for a rich family for eighteen years, was summarily dismissed without warning as a result of something someone else put on Facebook – notwithstanding the poor woman had no computer or access to the internet and knew nothing about the unsavoury matter – she was told that as she was self-employed, there was nothing Acas or anyone – other than a private solicitor, could do for her, and of course, the outcome could not be guaranteed. The injustice of the situation was inconsequential, as was the heartbreak of the woman concerned.
Many promises are made by those seeking power, but words are easier to speak than deeds are to do – so the words that trip off the tongue when politicians seek our vote, are quickly forgotten once derrieres are sitting on seats.

I am going through the same experience with Cafcass not listening. We are living 9k miles away from my husband and they have torn our family unit apart by listening to lies of abusive ex, to the extent where eldest no longer goes to contact and more court hearings. Something needs to be done urgently.

Social workers believe they are are wonderful people ,helping parents,rescuing children ,and generally doing good in the world.
Beware ,beware of saying that they are a lot of scumbag child snatchers who deserve to be locked up.If you do you may get diagnosed with a personality disorder and put in a mental home.
HELP help I feel a personality disorder creeping up on me right now !

HA HA ME TOO IAN !!!! We need to gain a million signatures. How the family courts act is criminal in itself ! Far too many abusing fathers are given UN supervised access. TOO many innocent mums have their children removed; we see case after case. IF a parent is deemed an abuser is needs to return to the CRIMINAL courts !! ALL sworn to secrecy but what if the child speaks out are they arrested ???! If the general public knew the atrocities in the family courts they would struggle to realise they live in UK !

heinrich himmler thought he was invincible while orchestrating the most Horrendous Crimes against Humanity but when the Allied forces came rolling into Germany he became the ultimate coward and killed himself with a cyanide pill.
i suspect Social workers and their Managers would be the same Cowards when their power is taken from them and they face prosecution.

Absolutely Not!.
they should be Abolished and let the Criminal courts deal with these matters.
or maybe even no courts at all should deal with the removal of children.
it should be decided by the Police if the parents have caused harm to their children.
this would then mean Real evidence will be needed not the Fantasy version used by Social workers.

Most elite know nothing of family life as most are bought up by au pairs and when adults it is not what you know but who you know and at the end of the day many become old pensioners as judges in the courts so how can an old pensioner sit in judgment of the families. The British children for 100s of years have never been safe they have been sent to other countries by trains boats in other words they were trafficked and sold by the elite and it carries on via the family courts so what better then to blame the social workers who many are illegal from where ever and do as they are told other wise its back to poverty from where ever they came from as for cafcas i would not trust one with a life of a child, as for the old judges in the family courts they have so many cases a week and no way can read all of the bundles in one case so on hear say alone the kids are sent to the unknown long before the case is heard it is no wonder the elite put gagging orders on families send them to prison, from the help line i have heard from so many families who were told by social workers they have to live apart or lose their kids and still the kids are taken, then in comes the council and the families lose their homes because of the bedroom taxes and then they will never get the kids back, but Governments will continue to put people such as Sir Munby in place so the nation think they are now doing some thing positive to stop the stealing of the kids and break up of the families, sadly it will never stop.

I agree with you except for your description of the perpetrators as the “elites” ;There is nothing much about them that is elite as most are not rich but are unscrupulous people trying hard to get rich or at least to earn a shedload of money at the expense of the children they traffik !

Talking about the Elites,
i was replying to a post on facebook about the LGO and why there is no justice in the UK anymore and mentioned the jailing of Britain First leaders and Tommy Robinson being jailed.
my posts were removed and the person who complained to admin blocked me. How ludicrous is that for Free Speech!
