Welcome to another week.
As the government looks set to revamp the social work sector (again), different opinions about the child protection system in the UK are emerging.
Ray Jones, a professor of Social Work at Kingston University recently wrote a piece for The Guardian in which he says that the UK child protection system is praiseworthy and shouldn’t be subject to reform. Ray also claims that the UK has the safest child protection systems in the world.
Two days after Jones’ piece was published, the leader of the Welsh Conservatives, Andrew Davies, spoke to the BBC and called on the government to instigate a “thorough investigation” into councils, police and health bodies, after authorities failed to act in a case of severe child neglect. The children were discovered after a neighbour called the RSPCA, concerned about the welfare of cats inside the home.
Our question this week, then, is just this: do you think the child welfare system is in need of reform?
Researching Reform 
For more then forty years I campaigned for justice in many different fields, and for all of my years i was one of millions who thought that the British kids were the safest in the world, how wrong i was, the abuse of kids in care has been going on for 100s of years but what a big big cover up, as a campaigner we get to hear the truth from the Nation and the victims, as for the Governments past and present all they do is to organise so many different meetings and ahhahaha set up new committee’s just so we the Nation think Oh well the Government is trying to change the system to help abused kids, and why are there 100s of charities for kids these charities are worth millions, where are the millions is it off shore and the kids are left to suffer, as for the police many have told me we have to do as the social workers tell us and stay quite, the Education system again is not allowed to be involved a closed shop again, as for the social workers they are a follow on from Hitler’s days the SS yes another army to rule the Nation from the cradle to the grave, So the Governments are very aware, but as most know to whistle blow you are dead or sectioned under the mental health act, many kids are put into detention centres only to be more abused.
a few years ago I was frog marched out of the Commons by 3 armed officers and i had not even spoken, what happened to me over the years is and was amazing and i am one person with a voice, so yes Governments will get to us all in one way or another so what chance has a child in care got, NONE and the system for kids in care is all talk talk and talk to shut up the Nation

Yes! These are the minimum reforms needed !
1:- Abolish forced adoption.(Adoption opposed by one or or both parents)
2;-“Free Speech” restored:-
(a)To parents allowing them to publicly identify themselves and their children on internet or in the media when their children have been removed by social services or an order from a judge.
(b)To both parents and children in care during contact visits allowing them to discuss their cases,the possibilty of returnung home,any abuse suffered in care,,and above all to use their own language in such discussions if English is not their first language .
(c)To children ,who when taken from parents into care should be allowed to keep their mobile phones and computers so that they are not isolated from family and friends
3:-Contact between a parent and child should never be forbidden unless a parent has been convicted of a serious crime against that child.
4:-No child should ever be taken by the authorities or by a court from sane and law abiding parents.
5:- Any parent legally leaving the UK with a child and with no objection from the other parent (if known) should be free to settle in the new country and to have any child protection issues dealt with in the country where they are now resident.
Simple reforms that would eliminate most of the present injustices

a grandmother was told by the social worker very soon you will be able to have contact in the community instead of once a month supervised in a contact center for one hour, the grandmother told the child on the next contact we may go to the park soon then all of her contacts were stopped and it was back to court to get the contact back, So yes Ian all families and kids are told what they can and cannot say, other wise its bye bye or back to court,

I speak out to the collective roles councils / police and health bodies play in preventing cases being addressed, such as the ones you are speaking out about.
The only way breakdowns in the present systems become highlighted is when there is a massive speaking out to the systemic causes behind the scenes , that quite honestly the twists and turns of are beyond most normal peoples thinking.
I have witnessed first hand and for many years the orcastrative skills embodied in the very fabric of the endemic revolving doors preventing change for the better to occur.
If my case , being very different issues , but involving these same structuring’s of what after all relates to crimes ( against in this case children), can assist in highlighting the ease which such things are got under the wire by stealth , please use anything l can put forward to make government listen to you.
The role the NHS / East Lindsey District Council / Lincolnshire Police and their collaborative organisational involvement with other agencies of which l include such agencies as The Information Commissioners Office / The Staff of The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman / Land Registry / The Independent Complaints Review , is frighteningly clever as doing the exact opposite to what their roles present as, has become remarkably simple for them.
Many of the above , remain as information gatherers , while in effect stagnant in responses.
Proved was the fact that over 20,000 complainants a year for a decade were gagged by the PHSO using two government legislative processes , that were not being used in the way and functions they were brought in for.
If l can step forward , after all the many thousands of communications l have published , that have failed to promote change of my circumstances at all, then others need to also do so.
Though very different in agenda’s to the role you are speaking out for change to benefit children, the issues , being held against me , were also used through agencies like “victim support” and the net working l wish to join you in exposing, in preventing me coming forward to “Operation Yewtree” for something that occurred to me as a child of twelve years old.
Despite all that has been happening to me , l spoke out regarding this issue from my childhood , as previously l had only told one other at the time and learned they knew of another victim it had happened to , to another girl of the same age.
Something needs to happen to break through how cover-ups can occur across all ranges and many like myself feel the angle involving children is one where it is paramount that we all join forces together with the paperwork evidence of the maladministration occurring in councils and such like , across England & Wales.
I can come forward regarding the networking involving doctors and spilling over into heavy involvement of solicitors (financial enrichment) and manipulating of facts and timelines , reform needs to happen across all involved agencies including ones that employ civil servants, as the practise of information gathering and supressing of actual “needs” is massive.
I succeeded in obtaining two rulings against Neil Rhodes ( in his role as Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police) from The Independent Complaints Police Complaints Commission , for what were same issues in December 2012 & December 2014 , but was preventing from furthering this through the recommended by the IPCC to “seek legal advice”.
The IPCC said this was for issues , that if proved, amounted to “serious misconduct issues” by this chief constable.
Systems are weak when the legal fraternity prevent cases from being heard by the Public.
I have been approached by charities wishing to use articles I have blogged on sites such as “goodcopdown” , that l have given my permission to, to better remedy situations that are occurring and involve children.
I was also approached by two persons with a case being already investigated against this same chief constable and their wishing to use my blogged article (s) to expose there were in fact more complaints to come out against this very same chief constable that the actual numbers were being refused under a FOIA lodged on the website “whatdotheyknow”.
If the very powers that be , cannot conduct themselves within measured guidelines to aid victims, then from the ground up , change has to happen,

UK safest child protection I actually thought it was April 1st it is one of the worst for ‘cover ups’ and emotionally abuse by removing children from fit parents he is either living on another planet or a stand up comedian!

lTo sum up in one sentence ;
There should be “NO PUNISHMENT WITHOUT CRIME”
If there is no crime ,children should not be removed,free public speech should be allowed to both parents and children,and contact should never be forbidden between them.

No system is perfect and it is evident that reform is necessary in UK as in most places.
All those claiming to be involved in furthering justice for the people of this country must be prepared to promote its procurement for all, especially the most vulnerable in our society.
At present, this is not so, as is evident from the daily barrage of comments visible on this site, and others. All is not well with the current system, and anyone who claims it is perfect must be failing to read and observe the plethora of evidence to the contrary.
It is obvious that the internet has proved to be the greatest booster of justice for ordinary people, as much as it is the scourge of those who want to brush the detritus of injustice under the carpet and out of sight.
When one small voice strives to be heard, it has little effect effect; when many voices shout in unison they make a tsunami of sound and the effect can be deafening.

Absolutely!
As for Mr Ray Jones, Well i think he must be living on one of Titans Moons because he isnt tuning in to Planet Earth. it may be a case that he has a vested interest in the shares & Profits of Adoption Agencies or he simply doesnt get out much and isnt listening to what people are saying.
