A trial involving a paedophile who claims ‘top political people’ asked him to kidnap young girls from care homes so they could rape them, is ongoing.
Media reports this week suggested that a final hearing had taken place on13th February and a verdict handed down for the defendant, Gihan Muthukumarana. We can now report that this is not the case.
Researching Reform spoke with Southwark Crown Court this afternoon, who confirmed that the case was only part heard, and was currently on their warned list. Warned lists feature a selection of cases that can be heard at short notice. The cases are listed for trial to start on any day within a set window of time, rather than a specific date. Judges decide which cases go on the list.
Southwark Crown Court told Researching Reform that the case was likely to be heard within the next two weeks.
As of today, there is no listing for this case, but we will keep checking The Law Pages for any developments.

When a child is taken into care not only do they lose their family and friends but most lose their personnel possessions but should they have a few possessions they are given black rubbish bins to use, so how come the SS and Governments are making millions of pounds from the poor stolen kids, and are they treating the children as rubbish along with the rubbish bags for their few possessions, and believe me i have witnessed the rubbish bags. Millions of pounds made from kids in care and they end up with rubbish bags.

I have been a campaigner for more then 40 years and have self funded all of my campaigns some times i have had a little help but not to the tune of millions or billions of pounds that the charities receive, if the nation was aware of the millions or billions that Governments give every year to charities all tax payers money then for once the nation would rise up. In my 40 odd years fighting for justice i have seen many wrongs by charities and if people world wide stopped and thought why are there hundreds of charities untold organisations Government departments and many other organisations all registered to help children and should any of the organisations to help children organise a conference people who go have to pay there are untold TV adverts begging for the charities all to raise more funds to stop the abuse of children it is just money money money and let the children of the world continually be abused in every way, all of these charities organisations and Governments apart from paying them self’s untold thousands of pounds wages and expenses a year have done little or nothing for children. In the 60s i was in Ethiopia and witnessed the spider children but no one has ever heard of them, that says it all for children world wide to get help i have also been to India and witnessed the street children I have also witnessed the sufferings of children in many parts of the world and it all goes on and on and more so in 2018, as for the celebrities who also raise untold millions all goes into the pockets of the charities, and why are there charities registered to help children when it is the governments paid to save the children with more charities and organisations registered to help homeless people the elderly and the sick it goes on and on and governments do sod all but take the nations money and pretend they are running the country, when you are born and when you die governments are paid, so who is in charge of child abuse ?
