well that comes as no big surprise.
thats how their child protection depts can get away with whatever they like and even the Police dont want to know about their Criminal activities.

The silence is more deafening than the announcement. Openness and transparency but respect the right to a fair hearing and if matters need investigating and proving to a jury before announcements are made. Where there is an abuse of power to silence facts it becomes a priority to make facts known. Silence is taken as concent
