Researching Reform 
As usual there is a simple solution that could stop these widescale abuses ever happening again.Police and Councillors should be legally required to take statements and then investigate any allegations of abuse reported to them by children or their parents.
At present the records show that complaints were and still are being brushed aside as malicious or frivolous;
No doubt some of them are but for those that are not (as were the complaints made and ignored in Rochdale,Islington,and elsewhere) you can imagine the despair when police refuse to take statements and complaints of abuse are contemptuously ignored.

Yes Ian, and the same thing is happening when parents complain to the police about social workers lying in court and committing perjury to steal children. the Police claim they would only act if the Local authority or a court Judge made a complaint.
and to think the public pay their wages to uphold and Enforce the law yet they wont when parents make a complaint about other professionals. Very annoying when they boast the Logo “Proud to Protect” on their police vehicles.

if the alleged links of this woman to Fallen Angels turns out to be true then corruption may be on a large scale and that means they should also be looking into possible child stealing for Adoption Agencies.
