As child protection and child welfare stories continue to dominate the headlines, we thought that instead of raising an issue this week, we would ask a very simple question.
Our question this week then, is just this: what’s on YOUR mind in relation to child welfare?

Non-therapeutic circumcision of male minors – Male Genital Mutilation, MGM. It’s undoubtedly illegal under the Offences Against the Person Act 1861, being at least Actual Bodily Harm, and probably Grievous Bodily Harm.. It contravenes UN and EU conventions on human rights, and is as unethical as FGM, as ethicists including Brian D Earp of Oxford University point out. It removes 90% of the nerve endings which would later give men pleasure during sex, so it’s always physically injurious, often psychologically injurious too.
Yet the police / CPS do not bring prosecutions. We shall be protesting outside the Conservative party conference next Monday and Tuesday, 2/3 October. I invite anyone who cares about the human rights of males in general, and of male minors in particular, to join us.

theres a big problem with child protection with regards to removing children from their birth parents. the big issue is that the SS should be prevented from removing children if the Police determine no crime or offence has been committed.
in the Daily Express 25 july 2015 it states
“British law allows parents to use reasonable chastisement if their children are naughty. they can be prosecuted only if the punishment leaves bruises, cuts or scratches.”
the SS are using this as the excuse to remove children for child abuse etc. but if parents have committed no crime or offence then the SS are unlawfully removing children.

I couldn’t agree more,it was on a adoption website how to chastise our children when adopted. I’m litterally fuming over this. As years ago you could tell a child right from wrong and today if you even do that there’s a knock on the door.
There removing children on future harm but coming to severe harm in the care of LA/FC/ADOPTION placements and sometimes even worse and that’s every parents nightmare.

Absolutely correct. how they are getting away with this national scandal and on such a large scale is the big issue.

Children need their parents especially their mothers.The vile practice in the UK of taking babies at birth from their mothers for mere risk of emotional abuse should be outlawed.
As I repeat ad nauseam “no punishment without crime” and to those bureaucrats who proclaim that taking children from parents is not a punishment but a rescue of the vulnerable I say “Shame on you for pretending that parents separated from their children are not punished ! Shame on you for pretending that babies and young children are not punished when separated from law abiding parents but “rescued” from mothers and fathers who love them and who have done nothing wrong.
Ah but” social workers cannot take children unless the family court agrees “they say;Well judicial statistics show that only one in four hundred care orders are refused in the family courts so it follows that most judges rubberstamp the applications from social workers for care orders or adoption placements and parents have little chance to resist;
When family courts stop punishing sane law abiding citizens the UK will be a better place………….

Jail Judges, SW’s, care staff, NHS staff and Solicitors who always work against Families and their loved one.. this is only way for a fairer just system.

As Ian Josephs has stated many times, this truely is “Punishment without Crime” against law abiding parents and the children are also bound to suffer terrible psychological harm as a result.
its without doubt a Violation of Human Rights and its happening off the radar of true British Justice.
even UFOs get more scrutiny than the SS and Family courts.

Punitive indeed and its ruthless trauma and torture for all affected. In my opinion, it’s NOT acceptable to any rational mind. A punitive ‘system’ needs punishing. Restitution and retribution required. Innocents are being railroaded based on lies , perjury, and obstruction of access to Justice , criminals ARE operating in the system and there are no real prospects for the falsely accused, whose good names and characters are libeled and slandered in false and bogus reports. Where is justice with gags restraints and suppression of the truth. Has the entire ‘Child Protection’ operation become a Protection racket. Run by miscreants who are devoid of moral compass? What exactly is the agenda here? To say I am outraged is an understatement . I could continue… 15 years experience and still here, not going away.

well the short answer to that is a resounding Yes.
lies , perjury, and obstruction of access to Justice are just part of the day to day textbook workings of the SS and family courts.
only a full scale investigation could lift the lid on this festering cesspool of criminals who are enjoying the financial rewards for destroying good families. Helping families stay together doesnt even appear on their Radar.
its a National Scandal yet to be revealed.

It has become a racketeering of child abduction,assistants by cafcass and family courts. The Risk of future harm don’t exist never have but stealing children on this.
Solicitors are making millions a bro bona made 6.5 million in legal aid only in family courts. Then telling you the probability is low of you winning (hence why ppl can’t get legal aid) the allegations no Normal person could make up let be honest, the lengths they will go to secure that deal. Many are are actually going involved including charities,the more you look the more you find. It’s coming under criminal act of 1950, we have been through every act and they can wormthere way out of it. Children deserve to be brought up by both parents if possible, if not then one with support from families. The grandparents are not even allowed to try and revoke orders,which is disgusting. The last resort has become the first and one and only. Children are taken on the future harm basis but come to more harm in placements,the children deterate within very little time,dark circles around the eyes,weight loss and loosing hair some. And a limited number have been killed in the LA care or adoption placement within 2 weeks. The child is removed from everything they have ever known and siblings split up. Families are crying for help and the council of Europe has expressed concerns over forced adoption. I’ve never known 1 child to have 4 S/N attached to there cases. Parents then represent themselves and the judges are saying they were fully represented which is a lie. You then try telling the judge sw1/2 has submitted evidence and submitted assessments without meeting the other parent and grandparents. We had a letter from adoption uk dated 3/11/15, we didn’t meet her until the following day and wasn’t aware of any hearings let alone a adoption. They denied this over 4 weeks then suddenly said get a solicitor. We sacked them after misrepresenting, 3 different judges heard case. Reports mixing up different families who we now know 7 adoptions including twins from 2007 and disclosure of another family who they call me by the mothers name in reports who are in long term foster care. The appeal was turned down even though so many errors breached child protection and safeguard issues and wasn’t qualified. It shows that the incompetence of a lot of S/w without children can’t even get a simple thing right. Should never have been through a family court and judge refused to debar down a magistrate with no jurisdiction stamped a life sentence where he can only give a max of 18 months in a criminal court. Social workers facing panels for what should be criminal procedures but suspended 12-5 years. But children being stolen and sold to feed a industry,were calling for transparency everyone is but while you have this going on and ppl protected by immunity or by police the British people are doomed,the uk will get worse the stories will get worse. They offer no support what it was originally set up for, what was the last resort is the first and only resort,and in 15 years or sooner it will be a national disaster where splitting siblings up and meeting when older not knowing there related (insest). It needs logic and someone with common sense to see what’s really happening. We advise families,and Ian is right in what he’s saying 110% and so is dr manhatten.
We will continue to raise awareness as ppl are asking questions and we’re handing out the real figures,some are shocked and others said a currupt system now it makes a lot of sense to the 1950/60s where mothers were tied down to give birth or child taken . because she was single and not married. Thank you very much researchreform for keeping ppl updated and useful information. Where would we be without great input and ppl putting there views across from people.
