Forced Adoption Campaigners have been protesting outside the home of former MP and Children’s Minister Edward Timpson for the last 72 hours in a bid to raise awareness about the practice.
Eugene Lukjanenko, who was in the news last year as he battled social services to get his son back after being placed in foster care, has climbed onto Mr Timpson’s roof to ask for his son to be returned to him.
Eyewitness accounts from real time video recordings suggest that Mr Lukjanenko was assaulted by Mr Timpson as he tried to remove him from his roof. It is also alleged that Mr Timpson then took Mr Lukjanenko’s phone after he was filmed assaulting him.
Campaigners wanted to ask Mr Timpson why he refused to look into forced adoption methods in England and Wales and have accused him of self interest. Timpson is alleged to have private financial interests in fostering and adoption agencies.
It is understood that Mr Timpson and his family have been moved to a hotel. Police are currently at the scene. Other reports suggest that members of the family are still in the home and have asked the police to remove the campaigners from their land.

I think now is the time for us to call all protesters from every area of every community and protest like grenfell tower, those people were not being taken seriously and had to pay a bad price because of people’s incompetence and ignorance. A day of if rage for all uk human rights,child abuse, parents rights ,grandparents and for stolen children of the uk using us, maybe we should finally demand justice. We done it peacefully and got us no where.. I will leave this with you all,the 3 day protest we all done especially kelvin lord and Eugene was fabulous,but if we want to get a inquiry I think there’s only one way. Sadly we’re doing all the hard work and had ppl lie,if it wasn’t for researchreform lies would of continued funny enough referring to us as terrorists!! To forcibly adopt a child whose parents are desperate to keep him is a crime against humanity ;All (those who participate be it judges,social workers,guardians,and lawyers should be locked up for a very long time !
Adoption robs a child of its parents for ever with no contact at all .Cruel and abusive parents rarely fight in court to keep the children they do not care for It is doubly wicked beyond words to snatch a baby at birth from its mother.because someone hasmade a prediction that she might harm the baby in the future.

Interesting, for me as a veteran now in rooftop protests, that someone in the forced adoption camp is not vilified here for doing this, but those in Fathers 4 Justice were, rather. Never mind – rooftop protests have not done anything to change things for Dads and they won’t for anyone else. I know I’ve said this before, but we must all get together, families, men and women (and hopefully children) to defeat the practice of splitting up families. Mr. Lukjanenko has been assaulted. Remember when Mr. Stanesby of F4J was shot at by Judge Tyzak who later said he thought Jolly Stanesby, who was on the Judge’s roof, was a squirrel? As Jolly was dressed as Father Christmas, the Judge should have been prosecuted for trying to kill a protected species (red squirrel)!
Rosy, Jolly’s daughter, was finally reunited with her father by her own actions and in spite of Judge Tyzak. not because of him, as it should have been. When she wrote to the Judge asking him why he’d prevented them from being together, he accused her of ‘harassment’ and threatened to prosecute her and have her arrested. She was fifteen.
Please, everyone, see this simple truth. We will not succeed fighting each other, we will succeed, I think, fighting together as one. We have to do this for our families, our children and for the good of society. Our opponents are in it for the money. They thrive on our differences, get fat on this adversarial system. We cannot defeat them unless all of us of good faith unite in our common cause.

I totally agree with regards to dads too,we were there at protest,my granddaughter was stolen at birth.the pregnancy concealed,still fighting to go on birth certificate they adopted her out after sustained 2 separate injuries in foster care and social services care. My son just finished military training ready for army,classed as not good enough care. My grandfather was in ww2 he had M.M he would be turning in his grave by this my dad 72 praying each night as he’s catholic too and social services went to court without telling him no papers nothing. We’re appealing we met her at 3 months old and she’s not once been home,not once been in her nursery and lied throughout the hearings 400,000 children jamed in foster care system. Mum had another baby by different dad we tried keeping them together,she was adopted straight away, mums now pregnant again by another person….. my granddaughter is nearly 23 months old when will her rights be taken into account,what about her dads rights who was blinded by the system and family court he believed in. It’s a lot of money and people in power involved sir.

I Believe in Protest but Not like this. It does Not do anything for the cause. I agree it is horrible. I have been apart from my lovely children after the British Family Courts which are Not fit for purpose. Helped my ex to steal my children’s childhood. I have been completely alienated and I have done longer than a British Life Sentence for loving my own children. All I ever did was get Divorced. See my Face Book radio Interview and Video. This is a disgusting Draconian practice which tears loving families apart and has an adverse effect on everyone involved…..children suffer most from being ripped from loving n caring families to be place with absolute strangers….We all are aware that the only ones who gain anything from this are the Corrupt societies…..our children are worth around £30,000 each when placed for adoption through our Silent Courts (Family Courts) Parents are served with gagging orders to stop them speaking out against this vile and inhumane practice…..Barristers and Lawyers fail to represent us and will charge us around £3,000 for their services…..and they fail miserably due to being in Local Authority back pockets…..Some of us are not given the right to appeal…..I ask you….What kind of society do we live in today where a Social Worker can make unfounded accusations about parents in a Court of Law….under oath…..and they are believed…..This is not a fair Justice System……It all boils down to money!!!!…..not what’s in the Childs best interest!!!!!

This needs to change! Making money off loving parents!! This country is now just a baby farm!! 2 children ripped away from me at birth both breast fed and forced to go on powdered milk!! Youngest taken for stupid reasons an illegal removal GIVE ME MY CHILDREN BACK!! We call for a reform we call for this to be put in an independent court infront of a panel of independent judges and only act of proof not probability they can not predict the future they should not be able to use that as an excuse!!

WE ASKED POLICE TO ARREST US ON FUTURE EMOTIONAL HARM,as nothing’s happened in the past and nothing has happened now,they can’t predict the future so no arrest could be made… the local authorities (some has to be good) as we were begged outside the council to continue as it’s out of control and children and newborn babies being taken. One said I didn’t do 8 years of social care to work like this thinking of quitting her job. My granddaughter was taken at birth the pregnancy was concealed. We still fighting to this day after misrepresentation by pro-bona solicitors tied in with 2 family judges. We’ve spent £7,000 with help from family and friends through desperation. We have nothing else..what about family who can’t do this or have support from families?? It’s becoming a aggressive circle and now we have to stand up as one rather than streaming on line ..we’ve traveled all over but not good enough to only see 20 people marching when there’s 400,000 trapped in system.

One thing this type of protesting does do is create awareness and negative publicity for those involved in the Adoption Racket.
i Loathe people like Timpson who help to perpetuate this Cruel Farmers Market for Children. Money is at the Route of this Evil and there is no doubt what so ever.

I ONLY FOUND OUT TODAY THAT A MAN Who SAID HE WAS A JOURNALIST POSTED A NEGATIVE REPORT AND WAS CORRECTED. This evening I was given a name I jumped up as this man lied saying he was a journalist didn’t have no information on what happened as arrived day after…
Omg this man has pictures of all our children I retweeeted his face the message I sent with him and called him fake he told us he supported everything and even went into details of a near by house of TIMPSONS father… again that was not our intention but trying to cause more chaos as we know today when he contacted Eugene saying why u saying I run a bad site… consumer foundation.com reported lies he was in fact the man from dads of double standards D.A.D.S… I told him I want the pictures of everyone’s child as none been published.. TIMPSON ACTUALLY SENT HIM IM SEEING LEGAL MONDAY,corrupt to the chore the problem is u have arm chair warriors as we call them streaming constantly while we’re protesting sometimes days traveling up and down the country no sleep no food and water 💦 as if main ppl go without u cant sit there eating and drinking while they are without!!! My partner was arrested for passing food,water and sleeping bag up to them tackled to the ground.as we come from wales we were far came by coach and partner had to come for tickets as was on me,they arrested him again taking him to magistrates and bailed him,arrested Amy for throwing a bottle of water had one of guys from roof (they mentally drained him mind) done 31 hours before he nearly calapsed coming down ladder. Rang 4 paramedics and denied got legal observer out 2am as nearly fell of roof with 8 big flood lights directly at him he lasted 70 hours we begged him to come down. He lied in telephone conversation but was getting papers out of safe if listening carefully as he runs to another room on wood floor saying police will be hear etc etc.there wasn’t 2 children in the home 🏡 etc,no intruders etc he didn’t know it was on live feed worldwide…. again he assaulted one dad two times and tried knocking another of ladder stole a mobile phone a petition for resignation has started. He reported Leigh g banks on fb and twitter saying we were like terrorists for goodness sake and the low life sank lower than low to mention the mum (MP) killed saying to sabotage election….. u all know what I’m saying your very bright it’s a shame so many can’t see the truth within these parrosites I’m sorry 😐

Finally this had come to the attention of the media, us mother’s fathers and grandparents that have had to endure the heart wrenching process of having our children taken and adopted out on the basis of fabrication s and lies!!!!!
I really hope that this will bring an end to this horrific practice which is nothing more than child trafficking for financial gain for all those involved !!!!!

I have been affected by forced adoption personally this system is courupt and needs investigating too many professionals are bending the rulebook to suit themselves and families are being torn apart #stopforcedadoption

Yes could have if police weren’t making false arrest to,after 3 days without food and water 💦,trying to blind him with flood lights so he could fall over the balcony 4 paramedics were called and refused. It takes 26 weeks for possession of a home,and 20 weeks for removing… but family courts can do a adoption in less than26 weeks time frame not partied until 19th week by time xmas and new year holidays he has 3 weeks to fight the fight continues.

The whole of social services and child protection is a sham. MP’s who refuse to reassess these barbaric practices are doing so to protect their financially motivated interests alone. We, the voters who voted them in as constituent members have a right to be heard via our own MP.

Public officers must be made to remember their duty to the public first and always and not to filling their own pockets.

He hit the nail right on the head when he said that. many children in care have no rights at all and the younger ones certainly dont have a voice as Social workers dont want them telling anyone outside the LA what their true wishes and feelings are.

THERE PAID INSURANCE MONEY AFTER CHILDREN SUSTAINED INJURIES THE CHILDREN DONT SEE A PENNY Of THIS BUT DENIED MEDICAL TREATMENT. To hide of files and medical reports so looks good.its a vicious cycle,it all about money children don’t have rights parents are supposed to learn there children about there rights but don’t.a lot express they want to go home,others are to young to even utter first words where newborns. Less chatting and more action is needed we’re still fighting and after misrepresentation by family solicitors we had to pay lost our jobs sold nearly everything we owned and still not at appeal 7k in legal fees with new solicitors and barristers who now say it must go to the supreme courts. So what about families who can’t get as far as a appeal it’s unfair. In our judgement the judge warned any more children and they would be adopted out. Once 1 goes they all go,we’ve seen it and local authorities named children in our reports we know now to be looked after children by the local authorities???

It is all driven by the highly lucrative Child Abuse Industry. This is what Timpson himself has said:
“the outcomes for children in care remain woeful.
“For instance, we know that children in care are seven times more likely to misuse drugs and alcohol than others, 50 times more likely to end up in prison, 60 times more likely to become homeless and 66 times more likely to have children of their own who will need public care”
Supposedly they are seized to protect them. It is time the public woke up to the threat of the abuse, and abduction industry which is evil, cruel, callous, and corrupt.
Astonishingly; 61% of girls in care end up in prison – this because the “welfare of the child is paramount” SICKENING!

Yes this is the right way to protest as I advised Eugene ages ago.;Banners and poorly attended street procession marches are a waste of time unless many thousands take part.Targeting homes of individual homes of ministers and social workers by groups of around 50 protesters can really make an impact on thye lives of those individuals and at the same time generate good publicity. Well done Eugene !!

Yes, and i hope Timpson has many more protests to come. these people are way too comfortable in their multi million pound lifestyles. its about time they had a taste of severe disruption just like the SS are dishing out to thousands of families all over the country.

We are aiming higher…. but again its ppl that’s needed not advise excuse the words but we’re fed up of people streaming and can’t attend.. we can’t fight everyone’s case. We need support if I’m ill and can go up and down the uk I’m sure others can. We didn’t get home until day 4. We’ve always stood next to Eugene and always will like he do with us.

Political party got heavily funded for their political campaign to win election by these foster care home companies (indirect bribe), in return these foster care homes needs children because each child they keep in care home they claim money from government for these children maintenance and keeping, they get tax payers money to run their care home business, and these business are only open to make massive profits, such like private prisons because its a direct money/income without any more investment other than opening a child foster care home and one time payment and shares to these political parties, to get more money from state/country they ask more and more children to taken away from parents and families and placed them in their foster care homes, where children get inhuman treatment, bullied, abused, psychological disorders because of extreme trauma they have been through by getting ripped apart from their biological parents. Then there is other business of pharmaceutical companies get involved and start making money by putting these helpless kids on 1000s of types of unnecessary medication such as antidepressants, medical surgery start making money for regular visit by these upset children, these kids grow up without love and affection and to seek attention they commit crimes and than police, courts and lawyers all started to cash up on these kids.
Other side parents start to run and visit these lawyers office those who also makes lots of money from legal aid and all, all this happening on tax payers money meaning we paying them for this cruel act. And after taking our money they kidnapped our children. This has to stop poltician those who benefited with this curel act needs to go to jail.
Everyone should fight and protest against it everyday.

I want to know why these people can be getting away with this crime unlawful adoption ( for the foreseen future for emotional harm the only harm you’ve caused is to these children my grandsons where taken 8months ago one is 5year and one is 2 years we’ve tryed to appeal but nobody wants to know I always thought social services where to help families not to break them up so who is going to stop this my grandsons look so sad and they just want to come we’ve done nothing wrong I hope somebody really looks into this .

Sandra there are Thousands of families had this happen to them all over the UK. you have to understand its Big Business taking children into care and thats why there is so much lies and corruption and conspiring going on. its not just Social workers there is a Chain of depts and individuals all lining their pockets out of this miserable Crime against Humanity.
