Welcome to another week.
A young woman in Wales has made headlines today after a local authority came under fire for putting her baby up for adoption without her consent. A police watchdog also found failings with the police force handling her case.
Despite being a victim of abuse, and evidence clearly showing the abuse, the police and the local authority failed to treat her as such. The girl’s father believes that the shoddy handling of his daughter’s case led to the forced adoption of her child. The local authority in question is now being investigated.
Her father said in a statement:
“It’s true that she became involved with drink and drugs, but her problems were greatly exacerbated by the failure to provide her with proper support.
“Her former partner has been convicted of assaulting her, but initially the police did not see her as a victim of domestic abuse.
“It is heartbreaking that her child has been taken away from her for adoption. It’s an enormous blow that has had a devastating impact on her. At present she is greatly traumatised by what has happened and finding it very difficult to cope.”
Here are some of the findings from the report published by The Independent Police Complaints Commission:
- Police did not arrest the offender at the time of the assault
- The incident of domestic violence was not properly reported or considered
Claims made against Vale of Glamorgan council which will be investigated by The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales include:
- Enrolling the mother on a programme that involved participating in joint counselling sessions with her abusive partner.
- Failure of the council to comply with its legal duty to “assess the care and needs of a child for care and support”
Crucially, the news item reports that the teenage mother did not feel safe during the sessions because her partner was assaulting her afterwards. As a result she was perceived by social workers to be withdrawn and uncooperative.
Our question this week then, is just this: do you think the training for child protection professionals when it comes to domestic abuse and the steps that follow when deciding to remove a child in such a situation are good enough?

No they are nowhere near good enough.
once again the SS doing what it does best. Head for Adoption without considering all other options first.
what is needed is for some investigating body to delve deep and get to the bottom of just what Social workers are getting out of the Money being paid for Adoption,
its been suspected for a long time that money is exchanging hands but to date no proof has been uncovered. now is the time to get that proof.

If you need proof ask Alan Brunwin, he has masses of evidence against Social Workers who work in child protection but also have a gross conflict of interest in that they or their associates/family members and in many cases they themselves (using a slight variation of their own name) also own partly or wholly, and profit from
fostering/adoption agencies.

Would it matter if more protocols and procedures were in place? I doubt it! The problem here is a nationwide systemic problem of rot and decadence from the highest levels right on down thru to the frontline ranks of police and social workers. Your prisons are not big enough for them all and who will you replace them with ? More of the same? Too many people are willing to sellout. We’re doomed!

Maybe one day a law will be passed for all solder’s to have mediation with the enemy boy the money that would be made, and there are many social workers who have shares or own mediation businesses, recent case via the help line a couple have split up but remain friends and both parents share the children, but the lawyer wants them to have mediation, for what OH yes money in the system, maybe a law could be passed for all victims to come face to face with their abusers to mediate, OH dear not with the rich and powerful but its ok for the plebs to face and talk to the abusers. Maybe its another form of population control ahah we have your kids now you plebs get on with your life.

It is not just DV cases, in most cases they do not properly investigate, they do not offer support, they sit in judgement with one eye on the prize of another child taken into the system for them to profit from. Until all conversations with SW’s etc are officially video recorded and copies given to all parties, they will continue to lie by misinterpretation (deliberate or otherwise) and spin the reports to suit their ultimate ends, knowing full well that the chances of them being caught and punished in the current system are very slim indeed.
What is needed is for SW’s to have a code of conduct similar to PACE (Police and criminal evidence) and have a truly independent complaint procedure put in place.
Only then will we see an amazing reduction in the number of children taken into care, a massive reduction in the amount paid to Fostering/Adoption agencies and the massive legal bills surrounding the child “protection” industry which could then be spent on genuine support services for families in difficulty.
Care in the Community and a just legal framework is the only answer to stop this juggernaut that destroys so many family lives and results in such poor outcomes for the vast majority of these children taken by the system.

More training is necessary, but only of candidates who are morally, mentally and aesthetically equipped to deal with such trauma. People whose integrity is never in doubt. Such individuals are rare treasures in any society where they are generally undervalued; their findings and views too often unrecognized by those in authority who also have the power to implement or silence their reports.

A social worker wrote and told the court that a child was taken from the grandmother who was shouting screaming and swearing in front of the child, and yet the school headmaster and many parents wrote a report of truth, which went by the way and only the S/W report and lies was taken on board, that child 7 years later is so traumatised. so much for justice and the closed family courts that need to be closed down, but that will not happen when some of the judges have shares in the adoption and fostering agencies, it is as i wrote the kids are now the slaves,

shurely it should be against the law for any Social worker, guardian or judge to have shares or financial interests in the fostering/adoption industries. its obvious corruption will happen. shurely it cant be legal.

if the nation knew the truth of what is happening to the British children being sold into a system that is mostly owned as i have stated, then the nation may help change the the system, why do you think the family courts remain closed why do thousands of victims go unheard, why have meetings gone on for god knows how long all going no where, i have spoken to 100s of parents who have lost their kids to the care system and their kids are being abused or die or go missing, i have also spoken to 100s of adults from the care system i have spoken to the boarder control of kids being trafiked to Belguim by private planes, according to Government figurs more then 50% of prisoners are from the care it will never stop as we can read of the latest below, to steal from the corner shop is a crime and goes to the crimanal courts but to harm a kid its closed family courts and the kid sold into the system
Care applications reach record level
Posted: 17 Apr 2017 10:00 PM PDT
A record-breaking 14,544 children were taken into care in the 12 months to March Cafcass has reported.
March alone saw 1,288 care applications: itself the second highest monthly figure on record.
The annual total comfortably exceeded previous year’s tally, when just 12,792 youngsters entered the care system: nearly 14 per cent fewer. It also confirms a steady upward trend. In the year to March 2015 there were 11,159 applications, and the year before that just 10,620
Cafcass – the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service – officially represents the interests of children caught up in private family legal disputes as well as the welfare of those being taken into the care system. It was established in 2001 by the then Labour government.

The childcare system is flawed top to bottom with about and the brutality with police , social services and closed family courts legendary. If general public knew what actually happens here in the UK they would find it hard to believe. It truly is other nothing short of Gestapo tactics. Children are lost /sold into the care system and disappear. We have the former PM Tony Blair to thank for the closed family courts it simply serves the abuser quite nicely
Take a close look into the Sam Baldwin case and see what the hidden story shows !!!!!!
The media needs to flag this up BIG TIME BUT when they come close gagging orders are received and emails and calls hacked
