The British Association Of Social Workers (BASW) has launched an Enquiry looking into the UK’s current adoption practices.
The Enquiry itself was launched in May 2016, and is still ongoing. The review includes a questionnaire (which can be accessed through the link in the first paragraph), one day events across the UK for stakeholders, focus groups and interviews with interested parties and written submissions.

The Enquiry will consider the non consensual nature of adoption, or forced adoption as it is sometimes called, social workers’ involvement in the practice of removing children from parents without their consent and the ethical and human rights issues underpinning this practice.
The Enquiry page outlines the BASW Code of Ethics for Social Work:
‘Ethical awareness is fundamental to the professional practice of social workers. Their ability and commitment to act ethically is an essential aspect of the quality of the service offered to those who engage with social workers. Respect for human rights and a commitment to promoting social justice are at the core of social work practice throughout the world.
Social workers have a responsibility to apply the professional values and principles … They should act with integrity and treat people with compassion, empathy and care.’
An independent enquiry team has also been set up to oversee the work, led by Brigid Featherstone, and Dr Anna Gupta.
A steering group has also been put together, which will report to the Policy Ethics and Human Rights Committee and the BASW Council. The steering group members are:

- Allan Norman

A direct extract above from what they say about themselves. Take a GOOD LONG look at what REALLY happens.There are little human rights or ethics in the way they treat innocent parents who when questioning decisions have their children removed as a threat ! On our training we find time and time again social workers do NOT have the necessary knowledge to IDENTIFY THOSE AT RISK FROM GROOMING AND THOSE WHO ARE THE RISK. When they seek further education in this remit is blocked by line managers.
The consistent failures maybe due to cutbacks as well, BUT the education to PREVENT AND RECIGNISE issues BEFORE REAL harm occurs is not evident and is an ongoing disgrace

The only thing is, it can take parents/natural parents/grandparents/natural parents ‘years’ to get the evidence needed. Procedure needs to be made more easily accessible for the parents etc (and children) too who are going through it all now because not everyone owns/knows how to operate a computer. Many won’t be able to afford one. Should they be penalised for this and miss out on learning their (equal) rights? to help protect their family’s?

I say go for it, why not? I haven’t had a chance yet to look at the questionnaire, but if the questions aren’t family friendly, you can always email the BASW and send in a submission. (Email address is at the bottom of the post). I would encourage parents to do this.

THE inquiry of this adoption agency please.as I said I wrote some not all of of our story,the words might change but still fighting the adoption the truth will never be told differently (maybe words may be wrong way around )we will never be gagged,she’s our family,she’s my granddaughter and her dad loves her very very much.as I went on to briefly explain when I seen the article of adoption agency,my husband was adopted at birth apparently left in the doorway of nazerth house (salvation army) and his adopted father on his death bed passed him a birth certificate,he had 2 names his whole identity had been stolen,who he was ,who his mother was etc. In after adoption the papers cannot be read due to black marker pen. We couldn’t make a sense out of it.his mum had died just before we found her he was left with only a picture.out there somewhere are 5 siblings,we will never find them,the dads name wasn’t there to see only a gentleman from Ireland 🇮🇪.so very sad and we don’t believe she’s with a adopted couple due to the horrendous lies told in the family courts by local authorities and cafcass. This was a nightmare as we were trapped in a bubble and nobody can here you and lies allowed through the courts and crown.lambs to the slaughterhouse,we know she will be targeted when she has children,and her children and so on.a child isn’t safe,neither are families in the 🇬🇧 . If I’d have known then what I know today we would of acted a lot more quickly,wouldn’t have believed in what they call a system or in fact the family courts.as you are guilty regardless before the hearing and know exactly what will happen.id advice anyone not to come here ATM,and if you can find a safe place then go there. The safety net was put there for a reason,but it was a capture net for generations to come. Why were we so blinded as a mother and Nani can’t help thinking what could we have done better,beating myself up,did we help promote her out with all her beautiful clothes,it’s torture ,, not knowing is the worst.you can’t go to see your doctor as its used against you in court cases. It’s become a sad,and twisted world.theres to much power and money.and money is the route of all evil.

My commiserations to any ethical social worker , who is rescuing children from real abuse . For those who are harvesting babies who have vitamin b12 deficiency symptoms , in order to cause further needless illness and are passing them from one mystery doctor to another and who are forcing unwanted dangerous vitamin b12 lowering pharma drugs and vaccines on the babies and children , without their consent and without permission from their parents , who you have first alienated in advance , I have to tell you that you are criminals . Not only are you committing international war crimes and crimes against humanity but are taking part in an elaborate fraud to embezzle money owed to victims of medical accidents . For those involved in ” Child Protection ” , you are taking part in the act of inducing trauma and fear in children suffering with vitamin b12 deficiency symptoms , pernicious anemia and iron deficiency symptoms , using the sadistic and disturbing Nazi inspired ” Child Protection ” process . Child Protection social workers visit the child they are preying on when they do not want them in their house . They say and do disturbing things to upset their prey , in their own home and don`t like witnesses to be present . They walk past the child and whisper sadistically ” we might have to take you away ” . They bring disturbed people dressed as pantomime police , who bully the child in their own home and will block them in a room in their own home and prevent them from going to their own toilet ….and they do this in front of the parent if the parent has not been told to go out of the room first that is . When the child gets upset they start filming it with glowing eyes as though thoroughly enjoying disturbing sick children . Child Protection social workers then deny any such film has been made ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Court Guardians turn up , accompanied by solicitors for the child who have been selected by LA`s and who also represent pharma companies . The court guardian will present as very disturbing , psychopathic and predatory . They will say things like ” I want to be alone with you ” to their sickly , trembling prey and their terrified parent has to remain calm , so as not to upset their child when their instinct is telling them to defend their home from a dangerous intruder , with the utmost urgency and immediate effect using any weapon to hand . When the disturbing guardians leave , , the unwell child will be too afraid to go down the hallway alone and they may tell their parents that they thought the court guardian would jump out the wardrobe and attack them and that they think he wants to rape them The victim will be terrified to even speak to their ” guardian ” and will feel suicidal at the very thought of having to . The child may also have feelings of suicide or self harm after every visit by them . It is scientifically well documented that when baby monkeys are removed from their mother at an early age , they will become disturbed . Judges at the Child Protection court write judgements which say that the parent has inculcated a fear of “professionals ” in the child .They write that if the child is not removed they will not suffer the trauma of being taken away from their loving mother and family pets . They say things like ” I will have your child isolated in a house with one carer and have a psychiatrist come in and ` alter ` their mind into thinking that they do not have a vitamin b12 deficiency ” .They then grant care orders on terrified children as though they are not people and are merely ” Nim ” the monkey . The parent goes into shock . . In care , at the contact session ,which is akin to visiting a prisoner in Guantanamo , contact staff will wait for the parent to leave and then drag their child prisoner back into a room and lock them in . The contact staff will sit writing at the end of the room , with expressionless faces and when the child reports something which is not right about being in care , they stop writing . They will come and sit behind the parent and stare menacingly at their prisoner from behind , perhaps chewing in an exaggerated and manic way , to unsettle their child prisoner . Their captive will then have to go back to their foster carers house with these people in a car . The foster carer will state that contact is upsetting them …………. …………………The Child Protection report was written by Lord Laming ,a psychiatric social worker who took over from Jimmy Saville and given ` the keys to Broadmoor `. It has been designed to be as disturbing as is inhumanly possible , in order to induce the appearance of trauma and fear , in children suffering from untreated vitamin b12 deficiency / pernicious anemia symptoms , which has been caused by the generational use of nitrous oxide gas and vitamin b12 lowering pharma drugs and vaccines , in order to generate fraudulent funds for Childrens and Adolescent Mental Health Services ( CAHMS ) . The report was endorsed by The BBC , Ed Balls and Andy Burnham , among others , after the stench of the Saville scandal started to come up through the floorboards . An active form of vitamin b12 called methylcobalamin was reserved for the private sector and many doctors who then left the NHS , were able to take advantage of the methylcobalamin monopoly and cash cow which was created and were then able to charge upwards of £100 per shot for methylcobalamin , which should only cost around 70p per dose . People with inborn errors of metabolism , caused by the generational use of nitrous oxide gas and vitamin b12 lowering pharma drugs and vaccines need this form of vitamin b12 . Legal Aid was removed from parents and children and given to ” people who are trying to come into the country ” and ” people who are having trouble working with or around children ” instead “. The Child Protection group pays funds to the Justice Department . …………… Those social workers who are harvesting babies and children who have first been induced into having an unnaturally early puberty are the most disgusting type of ” yes ” person and they are committing a Nazi war crime . By keeping mothers vitamin b12 deficient , with the generational use of nitrous oxide gas which switches off the body`s ability to utilise vitamin b12 and this can be permanently ,causing pernicious anemia and with the use of vitamin b12 lowering pharma drugs and vaccines , it has caused mothers to have pre term low weight babies , which causes premature puberty to occur in children as young as two and can cause six month old babies to have a false puberty . The use of forceps , has been damaging the optic nerves of babies , which effects the hypothalamic function of the brain which controls body temperature regulation and effects the pituitary gland ( master gland ) , which controls sex hormone and behavior . An imbalance in sex hormone causes unnaturally early puberty . Children`s hospitals have been x-raying the heads of babies , which causes learning difficulties , microcephaly and premature puberty . Generations of babies and very young children have been getting harvested on an industrial scale . They have been sexually abused and used like laboratory monkeys . Many have been murdered and died in pain from the pernicious anemia which was easily curable . Vitamin b12 job in the body is to assist in the formation of fresh red blood cells . It switches off cancer cells and it maintains RNA and DNA synthesis . …..so ……when people are given nitrous oxide gas generation after generation to switch off their body`s ability to utilise vitamin b12 and are given vitamin b12 lowering pharma drugs such as vaccines , anti biotics , proton pump inhibitors , metformin ,pain killers , antidepressants , mefenamic acid , antacids and a host of others , it causes genetic mutations , which cause microcephaly , CJD , Cancer ,MS and a host of other needless illness and disabilty . To know that every person who died in pain from cancer or other debilitating diseases , were merely a bi product of a Vatican funded Nazi paedophile ring is to gaze upon hell .

Last Tuesday I had a 2h web interview with Jo Lomax. I titled the first half ‘Child Smuggling & Public Safety’ as an ultra-chilling Child Trafficking operation involving inadequate ‘professionals’ (incl. compromised Psychiatrist and Judge) seemingly leaves three individuals ‘bumped off’. The second half I titled Psychassessment & ‘Child Protection’ – a lot of inadequate assessments in Family Court proceedings.

Well, what kind of system is it we have that openly and flagrantly provides bribes (bonuses) to social workers for taking children? This alone should everyone in government hanging. A Bribe to bypass justice and encourage slighting justice. It is said that we reap what we sow. We deserve what we get. Here in the US, in the state of Georgia, we had a state senator, Nancy Schaffer, who with clear insight, moved to get social services – Child protection services, Eliminated! The result?
Her husband, not known for any extreme behavior, killed his wife Nancy and himself. Now those smarter among us, and me too, do not believe that is what really happened. But it is clear that child stealing is very important to governments.
Big government has been the curse of mankind for a long time.

Adoptions and fostering will always be as it has been for many 100s of years and the talks will continue for many more 100s of years as we all know adoption and fostering of kids is a multi billion pound industry, even Barnardo sent thousands of kids to Australia and Canada so much for the thousands of charities registered IN A CHILDS BEST INTEREST. Until 7 years ago of working with children in the world and i was one of the millions in the world who thought British kids were the safest in the world, my god how wrong i was and what i have witnessed and researched i will say not many kids in care have a chance of a life, many kids in care are moved around well yes of course the agencies are getting paid no wonder the agencies make millions and if true what Governments report less then 100 thousand kids are in care, then how come there are 100s of agencies all making a profit, many social workers working for the SS and get paid by the SS and then get paid again by their own companies registered at companies house is this why no kid is safe in this so called Great British Empire, as for the boarder controls well eyes and ears closed same as the Lords and the MPs but then Lords and MPs also earn a fortune outside of receiving a yearly wage with their on going meetings of child abuse. It all comes back to the Eugenics society and others of control of the population and children will continue to be screaming, in the news today the world on the brink of world war 3 should this happen people will pick up their guns and march to war singing their heads of it is time the Nations marched to save the kids of the world here in the UK they march against bedroom tax and cuts in the benefits and sod the kids let them suffer,

That’s why my son is leaving fighting for queen and country and not good enough care…. he’s awaiting appeal yet again… the uk is no longer a safe place for new families and especially children.so sad my granddad was in the war and surviving bringing his men home…they certainly never fought for this….

The other bewildering thing is.. many affluent Researchers writes findings/opinions on the present apalling state of Family Injustice and they give their e mail addresses but, once you write to them. they reply “Sorry I can’t involved”. So,what was the point of the promogulation then???

Natasha they don,t need submissions the truth has always been known but will remain locked away, they know enough evidence from certain Lords MPs Savil and the rest and from the victims so what more do they need for info, poor kids stolen into care for money,

The birth certificates of children are being used to make financial gains . When a birth certificate is registered the child becomes the property of the state . This is being used to abuse babies and children on an industrial scale .

My son is still fighting to get on birth certificate head quarters office in Newcastle asking questions….22 month on and still fighting. My husband was adopted at birth he owns 2 birth certificates his names not the same the mum abused and battered him the adopted dad on death bed handed it to him before dying saying he deserved to know who he was 47 years to late. Tracking after adoption all papers were black marker dad unknown 1 pic of mother and she died 3 months previously… will this happen again most definitely.

Billions of pounds was paid to the British slave owners when the slavery ended as one can read from the link which is also in a documentary on BBC 2 also read how the Lords the Clergy and others in the elite were all involved in slavery so for the rich and wealthy businesses were built on slavery then to be paid again because slavery came to an end which ended in the late 1800 at the same time kids were sold and sent to Canada and Australia only to be abused, so what better then the rich and powerful setting up foster and adoption agencies so what better then to use and sell children in care they are todays slaves and have been screaming to be heard, the rich and wealthy use the kids in every way is this why the family courts are still closed in the 21st century with the truth with the thousands of victims and all the rich and wealthy wants to do is to have meetings and meetings with more money paid to the rich and wealthy and thousands of kids from care end up on the streets lose their families, my god one day the British Nation will wake up and no longer be known as Lambs to the SLAUGHTER as the world always says.

Is it any wonder the VICTIMS are never believed same as Savil the Lords Sirs and the powers that be, truth will only be told when the rich and powers are dead, but still the victims will go unheard and kids bought and sold and abused in every way, maybe kids who are killed in care are put down as missing or ran away.

Stephen Neary and Justice: Well Mark and Steve were very “lucky” to get Justice and I do not think it was the HRA.. it was the promogulation.. the evil bastards “could” have declared that he’s got capacity.. and his Family would have “never” seen him again..we got no Justice as that is what they did to us when he was due back home during Best Interests.. coz I did not promogulate it.. we have not seen our VIP for 4 years and we never will again..we have no Human Rights as well.. thats what the evil Judge said to me.. the Court of appeal endorses as well.. the ECHR is too busy to look into the cruelty by this barbaric state..I am gagged and can’t go public.. prison sentence looms..so end of story.. Human Rights my foot.. The woefully lagging and indeed shameful Family Justice System needs REFORMING at ONCE. Judges, SW’s ISW’s, OS, NHS, Home Staff and LA’s all WORK TOGETHER TO DESTROY FAMILY LIFE AND THE VULNERABLE.

I’ve lost my two youngest to forced adoption due to their dad and I split up with him a year ago and I was going in a soul carer for them I have no criminal record the social worker I had was only involved for 3 mths she did no work with us offerd no support to us they forced me to sign a section 20 and I didn’t want to and they told me if I don’t sign it they will take all my children they also admitted they failed us as a family they also admitted in a cic meeting that the reports are misleading and inaccurate and still used it in court they knew I was being mentally abused by my husband and I asked a number of times I need to get out and need their help schools didn’t show no concerns over me with my children I bent over backwards for them the caffcass also only listened to social workers saw me for an hour and didn’t listen to me because I cried over the loss of my children he said I had psychological issues which is not true as I have it in black and white I’m fine they also lied in the parenting assessments the children wanted to come home to me and they never listened to them they took my children on future emotional harm I live with my mom and they had a room their for my kids and room for me so I had full support 24/7 I also did child psychology and supporting children’s learning and freedom programme my situation has changed dramatically for better and I won’t stop fighting until my children are returned to me they are the ones that suffering at the hands of the local authority I would love someone to contact me so I could explain more as there is more and it’s shocking
