The one most important factor that is causing increased caseloads that Sir James has conveniently overlooked is plain and simple GREED.
The greed of many experts (haha), barristers, solicitors etc. doing very nicely from the system, and most important of all the greed of the ever growing number of private fostering/adoption contact agencies, many of which are owned by people either from within the state child stealing industry or formerly from the industry.
Stop paying these people inordinate sums and the case load will drop dramatically, problem solved!

Here we go again more talking’s by Munby and nothing done but then all governments , SS court experts and councils say Oh we are short on funds what a load of codswallop, as I have said so often every kid in care is surrounded by an army all In a child’s best interest, the only interest they all have is their wages and more money to go on meetings to talk and talk.
Now take SEXTING, PIE closed supposedly in the 80s at the time all of them in PIE should have been sent to a far off Ireland to abuse each other, but no they all stayed working in Governments with PIE on the back boiler as Governments normally do, then in came Cameron and in came the sex education act, and my research shows that since the sex act came in sex crimes by children for sex offences has gone up, but then I wrote to Cameron and said do we watch our kids play sex instead of playing with toys and learning, all this sex for children is sick, but then most governments learnt sex maybe at Eaton or other.
As for the children in Calais and Belgium people are aware of the thousands of kids going missing and I know far more then I can write here, I have been over there and seen truth and I question what are all of these charities who constantly beg for money what are they doing, maybe the kids where sent to Calais to be trafficked for the British sex industry that is so huge and bringing in billions. Time the world put a stop to Britain and the child abuse.

Lots of judicial jargon here but still,
unless i missed anything he still seems reluctant to tackle the problem of lies and corruption within the SS that is almost certainly linked to the Adoption and fostering agencies which are expanding out of control. As with all businesses success is all about supply and demand. this is obviously a major factor in driving up the amount of children being wrongly taken by the SS. Baby P is nothing more than a smoke screen to cover the real truth of why ever increasing numbers of children are being wrongly taken from good loving parents.
Justice Pauffley and Judge Mark Horton have already revealed the level of corruption taking place between family court judges and Social workers so what are the police waiting for, a starting pistol!. its time for Arrests and prosecutions to take place. then we might be getting somewhere with this monumental scandal yet to be uncovered.

I can suggest 5 possible solutions to the problem:-
1:-We could STOP allowing kids to be taken at birth or later for superficial reasons such as « risk of abuse ».; ” isolated cases of ,superficial bruising » “one smack leaving no bruising”“petty crimes committed 5 years ago or more” “failure to engage with professionals” “personality disorders and minor learning difficulties that have hitherto never harmed anyone” unexplained injuries that could have been caused by family, schoolmates ,or accidents in the home but which are blamed on one likely person””,a parent who was in care when young”,a mother who was raped in care or abused when a child””,a parent who has had one child removed has all subsequent kids taken” ………….
These would reduce the numbers considerably !!
OR 2:- We could abolish “punishment without crime” so that children were never removed from sane parents unless a significant crime had been committed against them or other children
OR 3:- We could abolish the presence of lawyers in family courts and leave families and social workers to argue things out before an inquisitorial judge who would ask all the questions.
OR 4:- We could abolish social workers and leave it to police to detect crimes against children and to punish the perpetrators.
OR 5:- We could forbid the commercialisation of fostering and mega rich adoption agencies at present making many miilions of £s profits;Force them to form charities with maximum salaries equal to those enjoyed by MPs ! Similar treatment for Special schools charging Councils outrageous fees that would soon be curbed if they too were charities with reasonable maximum salaries for executives !
Even though any one of these measures would go a long way towards solving the problem all we will get now of course are meaningless platitudes …………………..
