We just spotted an appeal on Facebook by a journalist who is looking to write a piece about families who feel that they may have been unfairly treated by social services they came into contact with, and wanted to share it with you.
Daily Mail journalist Anthony Harwood, writes:
“We are seeking families who have fallen foul of social services and feel they may have been targeted, for whatever reason. Researching Reform 
This is exactly what is needed, I think. Get those experiences out there, and if possible get Social Services to comment! Turn their ‘we never comment on individual cases’ into a reasoned defence (and good luck to them with that!).

It’s time to open up the system too many gagging orders and closed court. It’s time social services were open and honest. Too many parents are losing their kids because they are too poor to fight. The risk of emotional harm tag means you can’t fight which is wrong. If you try to fight for your children they call you unstable cut contact then once your kids are completely alienated from you they close the door and leave you broken.

I lost my kids because my husband died that’s it the only reason because they were with him when it happened I was in hospital in labour and he died and I was done for leaving my kids unsupervised with a dead body they took them off me without a court order or so much as even talking to me they instead spoke to my mum yet I have a son with my new husband with no issues yet they won’t give me my other kids back and before my last hubby died I had never been involed with ss they can they took my kids and I ended up in a physio ward for 2 years after as I couldn’t deal with losing my hubby and my kids (this was 5 years ago) I tried to get them back so they tired to take my son who with me and made it very clear if I go for them they will take him. My little boy (10) was Illegally Removed by [edited] Ss in April 2015. No evidence, no court order, no paperwork at all in fact, I refused to sign a Section 20 and they still took him 💔 Ss even LIED TO POLICE 2 days later in order to keep their mucky paws on my son. The “at risk of Emotional Harm” tag was used an an excuse. I went straight to the top to complain, guess what 16 months down the line ALL social workers and Team Managers have now disappeared! 😒 I have all the Police logs from the day Ss abducted my child – they’re an interesting read 😉 Corrupt, Lying, narcissistic CHILD SNATCHERS.

My hearts go out to all you guys …I’m in the same boat…I foster my grandson for 10 years ,,my husband told s.s lots of lies about me ….the grandad phoned s.s and had him taken in care ….I get to see my grandson 3 times a year ,,,it cost me £2000 pound to take to court ,,I lost my case ..cos s.s went on here say..wasn’t even interested in my side what’s so ever… It disgusting how we got treated….my marrage has fell apart after 32 years …my kids have deserted me ..I’m left all on my own …..I have nothin ….that’s just a brief outline more to tell

yes they have treated us badly and they emotionally abused a three year old child already on a sgo order by allowing her to have two visits to hold and cuddle her twin sisters at birth then stopped all further contact when they have a legal obligation to promote contact with all family and siblings it is the childs human rights by virtue of the human rights act yet the judge allowed it to continue.

I note your comment about Contact stopped after an SGO. When will there be an investigation into Contact and why it is stopped when an SGO is involved? I wonder if anyone else has experienced this practice that flies in the face of the Children’s Act and ignores the extensive research about the benefits to a child in care who has Contact with their birth family. It is my belief that SGOs are a stealth form of adoption, especially for young children.

Judge court refused to allow restraining order I filed to protect my daughter from the father of her ex-boyfriend, stating that he wasn’t enough of an danger.so I continued to try again as I was sure something weird was going on with the father, then the guy is arrested for molesting his sons next girlfriend, and is in custody when judge finally allows restraining order. No long after this after we tell her that this guy is in jail our daughter slaps mother in front of social worker At our residence , This put child in custody for domestic assault, after which SS FILED CHILD PROTECTION CASE, that is illegal to do when child is incarcerated for domestic assault!!! ( by mn DHS Statutes) they then filed CPS CASE, taking away our custody. We have her back now, but this injustice has damaged us forever

It may have been an easier task for the reporter to have stories of the families who were treated well by social services! But then again it might be hard to find any!
In my experience I have never before encountered such people who are able to do such dastardly deeds and do it with a smile on their faces and yet show no emotion at the same time. What I found was a ltick box mentality & a lack of common sense in their decision making and a lack of empathy for the entire family including the children who are damaged by their intervention.

How to deal with Children’s Social Services
Firstly not all social workers are bad. I had the fortune (or misfortune) to work with two different units. The first one was very good and soon had a positive impact on our lives. My experience with the second unit has led me to write this sheet of advice.
Judicial powers
Children’s Social Services like to point out that they have no judicial powers. That much is true. Any big decision affecting a child has to be made by a court. However, the court bases its decision on the report by Children’s Social Services and seldom any other information. This way Children’s Social Services yields an incredible power, because they can influence the information which is passed on. Of course a report can be challenged in court, but this can be costly and/or difficult or the information needed to challenge the report is not available.
Information
Because of the above, it is essential to have all available information. Therefore make an Access to Data request immediately to access your own data, but also on behalf of the children. This request needs to be for data held now and all future data. If the files relating to the children are redacted, insist that the children have an advocate. They have the right to one and make sure that the advocate makes the same request on behalf of the children and checks that the children’s view are represented in the reports truthfully. Insist that the children are seen with a chaperon. The chaperon can relate to the advocate if they have doubts about the social workers conduct such as leading and one-sided questions.
An Access to Data request needs to be fulfilled within 40 working days. It took over 10 months in my case before I received the first files. By then the final decision had been made at court. Therefore you have to follow up your request and make sure it is dealt with in the time frame. You also have to make the request again and again to make sure you have any new data.
I have experienced information being withheld and manipulated, and on occasions there were outright lies. Whenever there is an instance of such behaviour log it with the social worker in question and with their superior. Just state the facts, do not imply any intention on their part. This brings me to my next point of communication.
Communication
You have the statutory right to choose how you want to communicate, may it be directly via telephone calls, by text or by email or by letter. Text or email cannot be refused, on the grounds that they are insecure methods to transmit confidential information, because all councils have to have a system in place with which electronic information can be transmitted securely.
If English is not your first language you have the right to an interpreter.
If your social worker insists on communicating by phone and refuses that these telephone calls are recorded, be wary. Recording is in everybody’s interest, because interaction will be more civil since it will be easy to prove any abusive behaviour and it is easier to clarify a misunderstanding, since there is a record what exactly was said. If there is no recording, the social worker can excuse many things as an unfortunate misunderstanding or, more sinisterly, discredit you, by claiming that you were abusive on the phone when you were not. Often a second social worker is quoted as witness. This happened to me. Therefore my advice is, if your social worker insists on unrecorded telephone conversations, say you first have to fetch a witness for the telephone conversation. Ideally this witness should not be emotionally involved with the case that is not a friend or family member. Colleagues at work or a priest, cleric are a good choice, if possible. Then during the telephone conversation, repeat everything which is said to you, to make sure you and your witness have understood correctly. After I implemented this, there were no claims of abusive language anymore. Also insist on a written record of the telephone conversation. This way the social worker cannot contradict themselves in future and claim it is an unfortunate misunderstanding.
Emotions
Do not show emotions, may it be anger, sadness, fear, desperation etc. neither to Children’s Social Services nor to your children. I know this is incredibly difficult. Children need stability. As much as your emotions are understandable, your children need to feel that they are safe and that also means they need to see that you are there to care for them. Emotions will be interpreted negatively by social workers. Be sure to make time for yourself to deal with your emotions. If necessary arrange for one friend to look after the children while you let yourself go, either with another friend or on your own.
Protect yourself
You should get advice from as many places as possible, for example the Citizen Advice Bureau or Women’s Aid, and there are many others, also small local ones. Especially find out what your legal position is and whether you are entitled to legal aid.
If you are coming out of an abusive relationship, you do not have to be in the same meetings as your abuser. You have the right to split meetings. However, especially if it was emotional abuse, you might not be believed. My advice is not to waste time trying to be believed. Emotional abuse in the past cannot be proven, unless you have witnesses. Do not let children be witnesses. They are too young and often, because they have grown up with this, they think the behaviour is normal. All my children described the emotional abuse which happened as arguments. It will take a very long time and them experiencing normal family life that they will be able to understand. They also believed, mum crying so much is a problem with her. That she is “mad”.
To protect yourself, consult your GP. Your GP also does not need to decide whether there was emotional abuse or not. Your GP only needs to assess whether attending the meetings has a negative impact on your emotional and mental well-being. If this is the case, they will recommend for you not to attend the meetings and information being exchanged in writing.
Social Services will advise you, that you can bring a friend or family member with you as support in meetings. However, I felt much more emotionally vulnerable with a support. There are also advocacy services available. In some circumstance you have the right to an advocate. Even if this is not the case, I recommend to get in touch with an advocacy service. They have very specific experience which results in advice you would not get from organisations such as Citizen Advice Bureau or Women’s Aid.
Lastly
Deal with your own issues. All the above advice is mute, if you have your own issues and you are not dealing with them. Be honest about them. Once you are honest about them, help is forthcoming. This was my experience with the first unit I worked with. It was very unfortunate that the second unit did adopt a different story line and the situation deteriorated to a worse state than it was when Children’s Social Services got first involved.

Hello me and my partner where wrongly accused off hurting our child we have proof the Dr lied about a fracture that was not their yet got us arrested and got my children taken by social services the police even dropped our charges and closed the case and told us the Dr lied about any fracture being their we have had a social worker say their is nothing wrong with our parenting but we can’t have our children back, they also done a viability on my partners family who passed but social services pulled them out and turned it round that they pulled out when they did not. I have all the evidence here please help us before we lose our children forever.

I was forced into a marriage with an illegal immigrant who was extremely violent towards me and held me as a hostage. Edinburgh Social services and the perpetrator set me up and social services kidnapped my 3 children from my care and gave them to the perpetrator who sexually, physically, emotionally and mentally abused me. The children are from rape. The perpetrator and his family attempted to murder me. They threatened they will kill me. They stole from me. They neglected my children.The perpetrator’s family physically, emotionally and mentally abused me.
The Edinburgh family court refused to have a evidence hearing and refused to give my 3 children back to me because social workers, professionals and the perpetrator lied about me. The perpetrator and his family abused my children physically, emotionally, mentally and radiculised my 3 christian children into Islam and brainwashed my children against me to destroy me. The social workers, professionals and The Sheriff allowed this to happen to my children. They don’t care or love my children. They destroyed my children’s and my life.

My story is a little unusual in comparison to most. I am partially disabled and this was used against me, despite being the children’s 24/7 carer and providing for them a more than adequate lifestyle… SS used the same old crappy line…risk of future emotional harm…how many of us have had our families wrecked on this one I wonder????

I was treated very badly by social care myself and my husband had to go to court because the socail care said that we could not care for our childrens needs (but what we didnot know due to ss failling to help us when we needed help and advice us we did not know that my eldest son and my daughter were both have ASD my son has this in its mild form but my daughter has got it very bad. We fort for years to get both children assested but ever time we went to see CAMHS they keep saying in there reaports that it was home conditions that were csusing the problems. I did manage to get my eldest son statmented for school but this even took time as his headteacher said the he was choosing to do silly noises ect. We knew that what he was doing was not choosen. It was only when he got to seconday school that he was finaly statmented for special needs this was only do after my eldest son had hit a teacher with a cable off a laptop. It took us a long battle to get my daughter statmented for her needs at school as she had very complex needs but we kept being told the same thing with her as we were being told about my eldest son that it was home conditions and thatcwe were letting all of the children do what they wanted which was not true.)
They also tried to say that myself and husband could not look after ourselves let alone three children. SS evern tried to say that my husband was not the father of my two sons(as my daughter was not my husbands i wiil not go in to the details of that) That were also using reports ect that were over 10 years old. From wwhen myself and family lived in a flat which at the time there was a lot of problems with nosie neighbours ect. They were also tring to say that we had not put in for a bigger home as at time which was early 2004 i had just found out i was pregnant with my third child which i was worried about having had a miscarrage the year before. But that was all provied to be wrong and after a few week the case0 was closed but we found out later when it was all going thought the courts that the origanel ss file had be closed 2001 and had not been open until 2008/9 which by that time we had move house and i had had my daughter who was about 4/5years old the case was reopened due to the fact that the school were a little worried that my daughter was having a lot of time off school due to having alot of sickness. (This was due to a wheat and milk allegy which was picked up later on when we were sent to the hospital by our own GP) anyway we were told by SS that the house needed some work doing to it to make it safe for the childern now bearing in mind that we lived in counsil owned house and that we kept the house clean and safe for the children to play and that we had clean beding on all of the beds everyday and the house allway smelt nice they still were not happy the other thing that upset me and mu husband was from from 2008/9 we had a change of s workers 5/6 times in the space for a year i think if i remember correctly we had 3 different s worker in the space of a month. I could go on allday about this but i can tell you one thing i lost the court hearing and my 3 lovely children got taken in to foster care. And since they have been in foster care both my eldest son and my daughter have both been diagnosed with ASD and now both my son and daughter go to specail schools that can help them.

Socail services [edited]took 2 off my grandchildren then another one 3 weeks after birth .and then another one 3 hrs after my daughter gave birth to her now there all adopted and we get to write once a year to a Po. Box address. But the only letter we get once a year is suppose to be off the children but it’s not off off them but there adopted parents. Socail services kidnapped children off there parents to get a bonus .don’t know how they sleep .and children are left in the care system for years and get abused .like how many children have you read about being abused while in the care system I’ve read about loads all because the dnt vet there own people shame .

I was tormented with what felt like terrorism against my babies my family and myself. I have had a hard time still trying to figure it all out. I was in college orientation when I was informed that my toddler son had gotten out of the house and was button naked in the street. Also that due to code violations my home was being condemned and until it was fixed they were keeping my children. I was even charged with Felony Child Endangerment I also was pregnant. Attending Dr. Appointment sweet success for diabetes during pregnancy attending college and Completed ALL cps Requirements except concealing for my teen daughters. They refused to participate. I graduated college also. During this time. So I accepted Felony. Due to courts requiring cps case to be closed. My case worker told Family maintenance worker [edited] to and I quote ” Do not lift a finger to hrs her, she is pregnant not disabled. Yet 3 days later I was hospitalized. 7 blood transfusions at 3 months pregnant. Told by Dr. That I should have been dead and it must be maternal instincts that kept mecalive. I was ordered on bed rest 100% do not get out of my hospital bed. Not even to use the restroom. I called cps. Begged for Help. Crisis nursery. Anything. To be told no. And a few days later as I lay in the hospital . The cps stole my babies. [edited] warned that my case worker does not like me and I need to be careful because cps is legalized child snatching black market adoptions. Please. I have UC. It is not easy to manage with stress. I need a voice. I need my family. I need our family whole again. I drug tested for a long time. For No reason except that I said I had just quit Marijuana when I enrolled in school. Letters from my parenting class. My councilor appraised how wonderful I was with my children. The woman at the last visit with my youngest on her 1st birthday. Said that she doesn’t know what led me to where I was at. But she wanted to praise me on how bonded and involved I was with my little girl. I had not been allowed to see any of my children for months prior and was told that would be it. Since I saw my older two but not the oldest of my four younger because of fear her grandmother would punish her. I saw the other two for a few moments through a fence. I felt like an animal. To just be told this is it. There is a ton of lies and deceit. From cps to my evil mom. Down to my eldest that lied in order to Marry my Babies father. Her sisters and raise her sister with him. A letter was given to [edited] taken by My mother from her mail box from my eldest to her Step father in prison. Stating that. “That b itch will not raise your baby, I will.” Along with much more explicit content. I begged for a jury trial. For appeal. For the letter to be heard to dhow why my eldest was lying. But cps was lying to. And the judge knew. He looked directly at my daughter when she said she never said what was on court documents. Cps lied. [edited] told me they lied about her statement also..

I have not been able to see my granddaughter since Easter. She is 5 and kept her when her mother worked. Her mother my daughter had custody of her until Easter. My daughter is a good mother and did nothing to lose her but her dad is in this country illegally and only wanted her to hurt her mom. She begs her mom to take her home everytime she see her. I live in ______, __ and my daughter lives in ________, her ex also lives in ________. My granddaughter was either with me or her mom the first 3 years of her life.
I am just trying to find my way to see her. Money is a problem, we, my daughter and I have spent thousands just trying to get my granddaughter back with her mom.
My daughters, daughter was taken away from her and given to her ex husband, who is here in the US illegally. Her daughter, my granddaughter stayed with me when her mother worked. I can not see my granddaughter until the therapist that refuses to take my insurance and has proven to be bias from the beginning, says it’s okay. We were pressured to switch my granddaughters therapist to this one, once my granddaughters original therapist tried to make a dss report based on what my granddaughter told her because I supposedly told her to say that her daddy sexually molested her. I went from having my granddaughter 3 or 4 days a week to nothing, I haven’t seen her since over a year. The only thing I told my granddaughter was to tell the truth, she had told me that her daddy put his wee wee in her butt.
My daughters story: I lost custody of my 5 year old daughter after reporting to DSS and police that she told me her daddy was touching her. Her dad and I had been going through a very contentious divorce for a year and a half at the time. He, my ex, is an illegal alien from England that had vowed to destroy me for leaving him. Things were going ok until a Gal was assigned to my case. The Gal seemed bias from the start. The judge gave the Gal all say so in my case. The Gal advised my ex to seek custody, which he did, and she accused me of coercing my daughter as well as her then therapist that agreed abuse had taken place. I currently only have supervised visits with my daughter, at which I pay $120 a week for 4 hours. I also pay $415 a month child support on top of that and $100 to his attorney and $100 to the Gal a month until they are paid off. My rights were violated by the courts and I have been emotionally and financially ripped apart by this very bias court system. My daughter pleads to come home every visit. Taking my daughter from her home and placing her with her abuser, and taking all means for me to provide for my other daughter that still lives with me=torture.

In a child’s best interest or should we say in a child’s best cover up, one only has to read from the report above of the amount of families who have gagging orders WHY then the closed family courts WHY and how long will it before Sir Mumby retires not that he has bought change and he never will as he is under orders from the big guys and should Mumby speak out more so, then how long before he disappears or has a life threatening illness, can any one imagine change in a multibillion pound kids industry don’t be silly it can only happen if the families march on mass for change, but they are so scared to do so because of their kids in care who have no voices and no where to turn to, just look at what has happened to the poor abused victims 700 from Wales and Lady Macar dismissed the case how can 700 abused victims all be telling lies, I wonder how much Macar was paid maybe by the insurance company who would have had to pay out millions, as for the treatment for the paedophiles so who would run governments whilst they are being treated yes we the nation then we could open the courts stop the gagging orders and give kids a voice.

We lost our beautiful granddaughter to the SS they acccused us of future emotional harm too and used everything that happened years ago against me even tho i have never harmed any child I look after children everyday in a school and have passed my CRB checks, but they lied about everything and even made their disision before going to court to take her we stood no chance as the judges and court were working with the SS, she was adopted last year we miss her so much! they are evil tearing families apart and making the kids suffer, its them that cause the emotional harm but they dont see that. Something needs to be done to stop these people from doing this and help keep families together with more support , but they get more money everytime they get a child adopted they dont care about families just their bonuses!! [Edited] County Council social services uk, took are nephew away even though there was no reason to take him away for forced adoption they asked him where he wanted to stay and he said nannas the breach the childs rights,we continually was abused and harassed and defamed for the past 6 months and the final case was already sewn up before the final hearing numerous breaches of human rights not only for us but my nephew aswell,they treated up like criminals by spying on us,making false statements and putting obstacles in the way and humiliation at every opportunity it felt like torture everyday while there around,they breach article 6,8,14 they was also racist against are Jewish origin,and refused to acknowledge it on his birth record and ares they never listened to what he wanted,when he said he wanted to stay at his nannas,and they never gave us any chance,or help us in anyway until the court case was on they continually lied to us in order to make there case stronger we had all got clean records and therefore law binding,he also had suspected autism they would not let us get him diagnosed.and ruined Christmas for us by saying they was talking him away,they used unscrupulous witnesses that one had a court order on her,the other was known to the police for making malicious phone calls and behaviour and the other one had a grudge because she was a ex and is vulnerable and also the statements was falsified with lies and deception and they was not completed so how come there surpose to be child protection but there not because there the abusers he was happy until they kidnapped him with lies plus he is now unhappy keeps asking for us he’s under weight the social worker made up false evidence reports and witness that had a vendetta against him we are unhappy with ur family courts it states right to a fair trial that was not a fair trial whatsoever the result was done a week before behind closed doors plus there evidence against that people was utter crap they had no prove to back that rubbish whatsoever sk how can u say a person does this and that what they have nothing to back it up they didnt like it because we was telling the truth and they breached the law on all counts breached childs rights,right to a private life with he did not get they breached his wishes they harrassed the family cafcass tried bullying the disable brother. Very shortly i am back in court and having read the report for the court it is stated and this is unbelievable that (the grandmother buys the child with expensive gifts) so as a grandparent we are not allowed to buy what ever for a child we love and adore so what do we do go to our graves with the memories only before the child was stolen into care but I have been accused of more with also being told I must not show any affections on contact as kids aged 11 don’t like affection it is an embarrisment to the child, but then the governments have allowed this army of SS to be legal in every way and to ruin untold thousands of children’s lives who are told in care your families do not want you and this is why you are in care, then they are bought up with no love affection or gifts and no family, ALL IN A CHILD’S BEST INTEREST.
AND KIDS IN CARE WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO BE SCREAMING TO BE HEARD

I cannot wait to voice all the issues I have with social services when my case is finally done and dusted. The lies, innuendo,speculation that makes up their reports that took my Grandchildren from me shows the extent they would stoop. They would prefer them to go to strangers instead of family. Shame on them for the hurt and stigma my Grandchildren have had to endure and will still have to endure long after they leave care. The money the taxpayer has had to pay is astonishing! How is is really justified to pay over £7-800.00 a week for 2 children a week when thousands of children are on the breadline in the UK? That is after the costs of court actions before and during their childhood. Social workers are not gods but hold such power to wreck havoc on a family. They are the ones who decide what they will do and judges do their bidding. It’s all a fiasco.

Natasha, I follow your blogs as you really are a support for the families and children taken into care and I think this blog has had the most replies, so can you imagine if there was a national enquiry asking people to report what and why their children were taken into care, my god it would overrule the poor victims trying to report being abused, but what is so wrong is that there are unknown commities set up for this that and other and where does it all go NO WHERE just more money and jobs for the boys, so if you have so many replies and I know also from the helpline of the corruption within what governments say IN A CHILD’S BEST INTEREST then children will continue to be SCREAMING TO BE HEARD. and untold thousands of families and kids are all put down as lies. As for the kids who run away from abuse in care eventually they are sectioned or put into detention centres AS GOVERNMENT BODIES LIKE TO SAY its to protect the kids from running away, my god what a sick government Britain has always been and do remember Britain was the first to sell the slaves of the world.

I have emailed my story to Anthony about my experience with social services. If he needs anything further from me I am happy to tell more. I have sent for my records off social services and also my sons records but I am sure they will cover up bits or miss information I requested. Social services are nasty going around wrecking innocent family lives instead of targeting the families which should have social services on their backs.

I have been trying to care for my grandchildren they were taken an put in foster care after telling me lies an misleading me saying one minute i could collect them from school then a call saying no i couldnt all what they did painted a bad picture of me as there nan,I would never of beleived this amount of underhandedness cruelty goes on ,i cant understand why its allowed to go on ,i realise now its one rule for them and another for parents nans etc . Also when you try to fight back they have the ways and meens to put you down even as low as threatening you if you keep trying to get the children back, its all wrong even draconion . I pray each night to get the little ones in my care but it doesnt look good i will. But i hope something changes as to how s.s. in the uk are allowed to treat parents and familys that are guilty of only wanting to love an care for there children.

Hi my partner and I had our daughter taken by social services,we only found out a few weeks ago that she was adopted last May.We’d like to share our story about our case & the corruption involved in the way our baby & we were treated,falsified reports,important assessments not carried out,etc.There’s so much to tell and we are not gagged or under any orders.

I’m a foster Carer who like many other foster carers was deregistered for highlighting poor practices and whistleblowing. I am now unable to foster as I was de-registered, even though my appeal panel noted they thought the earlier decision making was unfair, I was a good foster Carer and they disagreed with the deregistration recommendation. I was deregistered anyway.

I want my daughters caseworker to be looked at, she intentionally causes mental stress and tore my family apart!! Lies, jus puts me down like I’m a criminal of bad crimes anything she can hang on me are my family she does it.

Have had huge problems with Taunton SS and CAFCASS, also Devon CAFCASS. Their case was based on hearsay and rumours, they had NOTHING on me, yet I had visual and recorded evidence which they and the courts refused to acknowledge or investigate. I have taken it back to court again this time with a solicitor but now they are saying that the boys have been away from me for too long and it’s not in their interest that they should be moved from their current home and schooling situation, even though my children are severely unhappy. I asked for help for my children and I yet we were turned upon… My children beg me every time they speak to me or see me that they want to move from their school and home situation… It’s damned madness and totally heartbreaking, it’s destroyed our lives. SS and CAFCASS should rot in hell for what they have done to us and so many other people…

Edinburgh Social Services removed my son from our home after railroading me and lieing about me in court. The Judge declared in Court that I was not to blame but due to the Social Services handing him to a middle class couple in their 40’s two years prior to my court final date it was not in my son’s best interests to be uprooted to live with me. I am looking for a no win no fee Edinburgh Lawyer so that I can take the Social Services Edinburgh to Court to claim my 16 years without having my Son Compensation money. I have a very good case and I will be great full for any helpfull information you can provide me, thank you.

Children’s services are not an organization that operate based on logic, fairness and reason, they operate based on left wing dogma and they act in the best interests of themselves and the state. The social worker we had was completely off her rocker. She was a pathological liar, even in terms of her own personal life. I did some doxxing on her, she lied about having children of her own, she also lied to obtain a court order and lied about information contained within my medical records. When her credibility was lost in court and we won we were never offered an apology, and this miserable looney is still a practicing child protection worker. This is a job for sad feminist SJW harpies who love spreading their misery amongst the community. They get to live their day to day lives tearing up families and exiling men from their homes. They also get a reasonable amount of pay for doing so and they don’t need to be especially qualified or intelligent. At the same time they get to virtue signal and tell the community how wonderful they are. The male social workers I have met are few and far between but they generally nice guy TM simpering white knights with a victim complex. From accounts I have read many are also perverts who want access to vulnerable victims. Although the children act was originally put in place to safeguard, it has backfired massively. Child protection social work often attracts the most defective, miserable sort of person and they will use their job as an avenue to spread their misery and to virtue signal for attention. It’s the perfect job for a sanctimonious SJW twat. That’s the problem with child protection social work. Social work as a profession needs a massive overhaul as does the children act 1988 so it leaves no opportunity for it to be abused.

Thank you for your comment. I do think you should have been given an apology, however the reason it may have not been given is that it could amount to a formal acknowledgement of wrongdoing, which could lead to the LA being sued. It’s all about the money.

I no this is a long shot but I’m Gina try anyway , I come from a large famlie who’s being abused by the powers of social services for years , .
Theve gone to lenghts of lying to seek orders against our children , when ur faced with kangaroo courts held behind closed doors and ur gagged so is the media what chances have u got from winning against the corruption of social services , were yet again facing mousing two kids to this vast increasing adoption agencies through the lies of social workers to steal our children and were supposed to stay quite , this time we’ve found out voices and are willing to hunger til death for justice for our sins daughter’s grandsons grandaughters so if u could publish a storie this is the one to cover as now’s the time to stop these paid social workers from selling our kids to the highest bidder now we are forced to do what ever it takes to seek justice were willing to die to save our kids by doing this we hope to open the eyes of the public as to what is happening behind these closed doors with judges and social workers ,, any person who loves there children will know the pain what endures us when we loose a child many people will know what pain we go through when our child is ripped from our arms and sold to the highest bidder we have exoerainced this with the social services for too many years were strong enough now to fight the steel hands of cruel justice were fighting for our children we owe this to them as we coudnt prevent the laws of the social services from stealing our children for there own gain but now were ready ,
This stories will open the doors of many options for famlies to have the right to bring there children up withouth the intervention from adoption. Agencies who’s praying on our children for money this protest will show the social services that people won’t put up with there barbaric ways that the use to steal our children it will also prove that the social services are nothing but a bunch of minulapited lying anamils who’s got no morals or feelings for anyone , it will show how famlies are fleeing this country to safeguard there children’s future and to live normal lives withouth the fear of someone coming into there home and depriving them of a famlie life by taking there children because they seem to think that that the kids are in danger of harm and abuse caused by there loved ones they dint have to worrie about assumptions and false accusations from someone who’s only known them for a few hours of their lives these people will stand and be counted social services needs stopping and needs it now ,, they want to realise out babies are not for sale ,, I’m hoping this gets to anthoney and that hel realise this storie is not going away it’s a point of defiance twords all the wrongs thats being done now is the time to put it to rest now’s the time social services were proven to be lyers ,

hi im having a problem with dss in sc I have had them in my life since 2013 my last child got taken away because I didn’t have my things for her set up I was n hospital after having her and they told me I wasn’t going home with my baby so I got my friend to take crib back then they said icould go home with her as im leaveing hospital the case woker walks up and says I cant leave with my baby cause the stuff wasn’t set up then I go to court next couple days bascily I got told if I don’t leave my kids father alone they want give me my kids back which I did a treatmeant plan even tho they didn’t give me one and she askd me why did I have sex with him and do I love him and don’t have nomo kids until 5 10 years from now
