Having reached over 400,000 signatures, the recent petition to call on the government to give much-needed support to refugees fleeing war-torn countries is now required to be considered for debate inside the House of Commons.
As the issues within this petition were discussed in The House yesterday, and will be discussed again today, the Petitions Committee has decided not to schedule another debate in response to the rule on petitions requiring the consideration of a discussion inside the Commons.
This is the formal email we received, which we add below for you:

The Petitions Committee considered today whether to schedule a debate on this petition.
Because the House of Commons has already had several opportunities to debate this issue, the Committee decided that the time was not right for another debate on the same issue.
The House of Commons has had the following opportunities to consider the issue raised in this petition:
– The Prime Minister made a statement on Monday 7 September and was questioned by MPs about it:
– On Tuesday 8 September there was an emergency debate on the refugee crisis in Europe:

Researching Reform 
Whilst I agree personally to support refugees, what the world first needs to realise and to know is that the British Government is and has failed the British people and until such time British people are safe then no refugee will be safe in Britain, this starting with the refugees children, the EU countries have been in talks for quite some time with their concerns of the British child abuse this along with John Hemming who has also been in talks with many EU members, three years ago the well known journalist Florence Bellone wrote in the EU media DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE UK THEY ARE AT RISK OF BEING STOLEN BY THE BRITISH GOVENMENT.
Perhaps it maybe fated if untold refugees were allowed into Britain and from the way the Arab people are rising up perhaps it could be the Arab people who will end up ruling the British Governments and putting a stop to the child abuse, and lets remember it was the dear old so called British Empire that ruled many Arab countries in years gone by so yes perhaps the Arab people are coming back to haunt the British governments.
