The latest news is that more than a third of all police investigations into child abuse have just been deemed inadequate by a reviewing body looking into the matter. To make things worse, incompetence was detected at every level of the child protection process with the worst responses to child abuse relating to online offences.
In one case, police and social workers went ahead and made their own medical diagnosis of a vulnerable four year old child, without consulting a doctor and some police forces were treating complainants as criminals rather than potential victims of abuse.

with regards to children in care and speaking of being abused when they are ALLOWED Contact with their family which can be once a month or 3 times a year those children are told what to say and what not to say on contact with them knowing if they speak out they are sent back into the fear where they have come from, all contacts are supervised with all what is spoken written down so how can any child speak out knowing they are all alone in fear, then we have many parents who are FORCED to sign a contract for contact with their child and one has to read these contracts to know of the more cover ups, until the social services are investigated then child abuse will go on and on, and what of the social workers as proven by the media working on false passports and names how many children have they taken illegally into care or for a back hander, nothing what so ever I have informed 2 MPs for Thurrock to investigate 2 illegal social workers to-date nothing, and as I have a help line for families and here comes the truth of what is really happening in this so called Britian, and boy they now have all of the children coming in from French borders I wonder what they will do with those kids, yes sell them into the system and abuse them as the British has done for years and used used the kids as toys. As for the police I have said before I was told 30 odd years ago that Scotland yard knew of Savil and one other but nothing can be done untill they are both dead because of the millions they both raise for the BIG charities, NOT ONE KID IN CARE IN THIS SO CALLED BRITAIN CAN SPEAK OUT FREELY THEY ARE ALL IN FEAR AND NO ONE KNOWS BETTER THEN I DO.

3 cardinal freedoms vital to a democracy are gradually being discarded in the UK;
1:- “Innocent until proved guilty” has been replaced in the family courts by “guilty if their guilt is more probable (51%) than their innocence”; and as judges always consider the allegations of social workers to be probably more reliable than the denials of parents the result is that parents once accused are usually found to have neglected or abused their own children.
2:-” Freedom of Speech” has been completely discarded in the family courts and been replaced by gagging orders on parents who have had their children removed and also on those same children who are forbidden to tell their parents at contact of the shocking sexual and physical abuse they receive in fostercare or in “children’s homes”;Parents who see their children at contact are forbidden to show emotion,to discuss their case or to say they miss their children and want them back home.
I myself acted as a Mckenzie friend in one case helping a parent forbidden to contact her only child.As a consequence I have been given a lifetime ban from speaking to anyone about that case ever again otherwise I will be immediately jailed !
3:-“Freedom of movement and communication” has also been partially discarded so that we have seen parents (who have previously never been convicted of any crime) jailed for sending a birthday card or waving to their children as they passed by in the Streets.Breaching a court order that mothers ljke “vicky haigh” (whose name I can mention because her case was raised in parliament) must never comunicate by letter,email,fax,or telepone and certainly never meet face to face with their own children because a court has ordered them not to do so.Why? Because judges found it more likely than not that mothers coached their daughters to make allégations of sexual abuse against their own fathers;Even if true cutting of even indirect contact punishes the child even more than the mother..
Baby P’s mother was of course allowed to see her surviving kids in jail and has now been released and given a new private identity at huge public expense thanks to her excellent relations with social workers…You see she was politicallycorrect………………

As Thomas Sheridan says in his videos on psychopaths -“Its just business”.
For non psychopaths its almost impossible to understand how those paid to investigate child abuse simply do not care.
Children are simply the commodity to make profit from.
Saville and co were untouchable because of the money charities received through his “charm” and fame.
Criminologists follow the patterns and they are invariably the same. So the men of god were once untouchable too because people placed them high up the power pyramid.Abused children were beaten and silenced in the same way as today.
Gang rape is a punishment dealt out to victims of rape in care.
Survivors have so much to share – if only they were listened to fully. I understand that victims PTSD creates difficulties for professionals without proper training. Non trained professionals feel as if their heads are scrambled as victims pour out the truth in chunks and sometimes without a logical timeline.
So full training in victim trauma etc is vital rather than writing off the victims as liars and mentally ill.

This is also a case of crossing competence boundaries. If these professionals are not qualified they should not be making any diagnosis! Judges need to question the social workers reports instead of taking them at face value! No one body should have the kind of power the government has given social workers. The whole system is so flawed that if this was found in any other business they would have gone bankrupt or be shut down!

In every walk of life there is a wide range of competence. 1000’s of years have created current laws and practices.
There are a number of current cases of extreme abuse where Government could show its determination to bring down abusers.

Extreme abuse by organised crime started to ‘come out’ in the late 1980’ies.
In the ‘Memory Wars’ that ensued Governments, Civil Service Mandarins and Secret Services together with Big Industry (esp. Financial Services) threw any resources at the ‘problem’ and made it ‘disappear’.
At present attesting Ritual Abuse in any professional capacity is career limiting or terminating. Mental health professionals who know the chilling truth are terrified of ‘mobbing’ by colleagues and persecution by the HCPC etc.
it would be good to see some proper police action on some of the current cases, and scrapping of the Forced Adoption legislation that benefits first and foremost the extreme abusers as in Family Courts world-wide judges etc simply dismiss reports of extreme abuse – and allocate the children to the party against whom the allegations were made!

but the incompetence also stretches to investigationg the parent [usually mother] who makes false allegations for advantage – possibly egged on by her support worker/solicitor for the legal aid etc.
