Mischief is a little manic here at Researching Reform for the moment, which means we haven’t been able to post as much as usual. So we thought in order to keep your cogs whirring, we would add some links to some interesting news items we’ve just spotted and ask you to share your thoughts on any and all of them.

Are you ready?

  • Is boarding school a form of child abuse?
  • Should DNA paternity tests be mandatory in certain cases?
  • Should parents who beat their children be treated differently because of cultural differences?
  • Are family judges too sheltered to be fit for purpose?
