The outcry over UK child protection services’ handling of cases involving Slovak children and children from other parts of the world has spanned three years, and has by and large been met with silence by the British justice system and its judiciary.
That silence has now come to an end. This month, Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division and Lady Justice Black will be amongst a group of speakers set to attend the Slovak Embassy, which is hosting a Round Table on Child Protection.
Slovakia’s overt criticisms of child welfare practices here in the UK, and strong threats by Slovakia’s Ministry of Justice have no doubt contributed to the pressure the President now feels to address the concerns over forced adoption and the way foreign families in the UK are being treated.
The event which starts at 4.30pm and finishes at 8pm, will be taking place on Thursday 14th May, at the Slovak Republic’s Embassy in London.
Many thanks to Maggie for sharing this item with us.
Hi Natasha, who can I ask for an invitation to this event? Maggie T and I would dearly love to attend, My Grandson (who is z Czech citizen) is in care in the UK, and boy would I like a chance to speak to Munby.

It should not have taken a representation from the Slovak Embassy to force Sir Munby to tackle the failings of our system head-on. There is ample evidence enough. But I’m glad this is happening.

Hi Roger, yes, and I also think it’s concerning that Munby has been sent to deal with this issue. It should be addressed at senior government level.

Thank you Natasha, and yes you are correct there should also be senior politicians and civil servants present.

Other countries are aghast at how social workers act in this country. The fact that over 100,000 kids are currently in care is shocking! The figures have almost doubled since 2007. This fact alone should raised a red flag that something is seriously wrong!
The UKs reputation is in shreds as I was reminded by a Slovakian who has recently been a guest in my home. It seems that our baby stealing reputation is known very well abroad.
Since Mumby took office as President he has not stopped families being destroyed or stemmed the flow of taking kids into care or stopped forced adoption, so for all his rhetoric what has he done? Nothing!
It’s not just other countries children that need a voice but British children too.

Yes Dana. as a regular visitor to the Czech Republic, I can tell you that a very large percentage of the public are now aware of the situation in the UK, although some of them find it difficult to believe that a civilised nation like the UK could behave in such a way, much of this is due to the actions of a Czech lady who has had 2 children taken by Norwegian SS, who operate in similar draconian fashion. Even the Czrch president has become involved and made representation to the Norwegian authorities,

With all the child abuse cases that have been reported in the media and with websites set up to expose those in authority who are tasked to protect children, we are also becoming known for failing the kids in and out of care too!

Having just read a little on Finnish social services after my Finnish neighbour informed me that the child snatching that takes place in the UK just wouldn’t happen there, I believe she is correct. They really do seem much better than ours! Early intervention and support before escalation at one end of the scale and accountability for decisions made at the other end. Why don’t we follow their example?

Dana, everyone who has had any involvement with the Child stealing industry in the UK knows full well the reason is simply ££££££££££££££. The problem is trying to convince those who have not had any dealings with them.
If anybody had told me what the UK SS were really like 4 years ago, I would not have believed them either.

Absolutely Mike,
Most of the general public have no idea there is a child stealing racket going on right under their noses and we all know why.
its kept private and confidential with the threat of jail for anyone trying to expose them. its very well orchestrated and thats why they have got away with it for so long.
Why Sir james Munby has not called for investigations and prosecutions of Social workers and Judges is a Mystery. they have all committed perjury or broken the law in some way and thats a Criminal offence.

PS. As we are in the EU why haven’t we adopted EU child welfare policies that are working! Are we so arrogant that we believe our way is the best? In denial or not wanting to stop the Child Protection Gravy Train?

At the moment, the only UK LA which has embedded the UNCRC is Swansea. I think that says it all.

Yes Natasha, not many child welfare pledges were in the election parties manifestos. At least UKIP did and I hope that might have been because as an MEP Farage would have heard other EU policies. Child welfare takes up a sizable chunk of tax payers money but is the least talked about! The same old procedures are trotted out again and again and despite not working, MPs don’t change the system, they only tinker around the edges! Since MPs are clearly not the solution they must be the problem!

Dana,
i wonder if Farage would get his teeth into this if he were in No 10.
he did take a passionate interest in the stricken Charlie Gard case and his support for the parents was admirable. he heavily criticized GOSH for their actions and said they should never have got the courts involved in it and the parents should have had the say over what happened to their Son.
And of course he was 100% Right.

Gold mines, diamond mines, oil, wepaons, and ..children are the largest and more profitable industries on earth.
For every each one of these industries you require to have a licence (mining, drilling or child stealing).
Private foster care industry is a British idea having had revamped and expanded like a cancer to all Western and wealthy.countries.
This is why you will NOt see child stealing by the state in the African continent. Because no African country has enough income to support such a large child abusive industry.
To save space I will not write in here the countries that have adopted the British child stealing system.
Do your own work by checking how many countries are financially stable.
Al the Scandinavian countries (Including Finland Sweden Nporway Denmark),
Germany France USA Canada,
Please visit the Core assets Limited website,
The first child stealing private foster care company.
They are bragging that their mission is to expand and they show you the countries that they are expanding to.
Who pays? The taxpayer.
So this industry it is the most illegal industry on earth for two reasons.
Reason Number one: Because innocent children are been used as a commodity
And reason number two because the taxpayer get defrauded by £46 BILLION PER YEAR This is the bill for the over 100 thousand children in care and includes wages of Judges, experts lawyers and private foster care expenses which are £1700 per child per week, although the foster carer receives £400 per child per week.
£1300 per child per week goes to the pockets of this filthy industry profiting from the pain, the tears, the destruction of the children, and their parents.
One Man cannot stop this.
Judges will keep on making false judgements deliberately to keep the fraud going and expanding.
Lets say JUSTICE R.I.P.
Sorry for spoiling your (and mine) dreams for better future.

its a Scandal of Epic proportions which utilizes the most sophisticated veil of secrecy only likened to Mi5 and other top secret Agencies.
and to think its all paid for by the British Tax payer!
