I am a mere nothing so how come I was told of Savil and one other 30 odd years ago and that scotland yard knew but could do nothing because as i was told that Savil and the other raise millions of pounds a year for the big charities so who is running the sex abuse cases and this country and here we are 30 years later money is still the root of all eveil, I run and research a charity on my pension of ony £142 a week and have to pay bills and live so do the big charities who are also government funded and beg for more money apply for grants and more so what are they doing for the kids being abused. ??????
Maggie, you are not the only one who knew of Saville and others 30 years ago.
I was in London in 1996 and in a certain top BBC house, I heard the BBC top people being told re Saville.
Esther Rantzen was also made aware that night too.
It then became clear that Child Line was a gate keeper to keep the child victims from getting help.
I have witnessed this so many times. Children in care told me they called childline and got referred back to their LA social worker who had ignored their calls for help re rape and abuse in care.
You are right. Child abuse is big money and people get sucked in believing the Government care……but Hitler knew what the real progam was and is.
Research turns up the truth when we dig deep enough and folow the money and the suffering energy that feeds those who believe children are possessions to be used and abused.
“The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation.”
Anyone notice how, when so many abuse stories saturate the media, people tune out?
Thousands of people who have been abused have come forward and hundreds of official child abuse inquires have been opened costing a small fortune but to what end? How many people have been prosecuted? How many are in prison? A handful! Those who have been exposed are dead or just about hanging on! Excuses made why those in power cannot go for trial, too old, too feeble but more like too close to other powerful people!
Cameron pledged to prosecute social workers for failing in their duty but that is unlikely. Mitigating circumstances of stress, too large workloads, burn out etc will be cited and they will carry on after a paid suspension/holiday. Having said that the odd one they may want to get rid of will be prosecuted just to show that the system is working!
SOCIAL WORKER BURNOUT!
What I find strange is that if so many social workers are under so much stress why on earth are they making decisions that affect generations of families?
*Research has shown that stress, in the short term, can impair your critical thinking ability, your ability to make decisions and impairs reasoning and even how you perform basic tasks, in effect reducing you mentally to think as a small child, who tends to react to problems they don’t understand with a snap decision.
In the trials they tended to make the wrong decision, choose the wrong answer or reacted emotionally to an answer, making snap decisions based on a gut feeling rather than a considered logical solution!
This effect of this short term stress is not as well known as the effects of long term (chronic) stress, which can impair cognitive abilities such as learning, attention and memory leading to psychological issues such as depression and anxiety.

SOCIAL WORKER STRESS AND BURNOUT
Having known a great many social workers over a great many years, I have recognised that the major cause of their stress is their own inability to accept that their assessment of individuals and circumstances have been seriously flawed and that the decisions they have made based on such assessments have accordingly been wrong. They are constantly wrestling with their consciences and use defence mechanisms of denial with frequency. For example, some of the social workers involved in the Cleveland Child Abuse Scandal, Nottingham, Orkneys etc are still (after over two decades) trying to claim they were not wrong when they have been shown so many times to have made serious mistakes and errors of judgement, causing pain and suffering to a great many children.
Much of their stress would be relieved if they would simply admit to themselves and others, “I got that wrong and I’m sorry”. It will be a simple and effective relief for a great deal of their stress and a cathartic experience.
Research has shown that half of life long mental illness begins before the age of 14 years. Scientist are discovering that changes in the body happen before symptoms appear.
It’s commonly known that traumatic events like an illness of a parent, a death, family financial problems, divorce or other event can trigger the onset of mental illness in a child so I have to ask why social workers justify the removal of so many children from their homes, which is about the most traumatic event possible to a child and that by doing so often causes that child to have a mental illness/disorder?
While it’s known that children are harmed, mainly in the short term, when there is conflict in the home, such as when parents divorce, its now known they become more resilient and are better able to deal with it, whilst still in the home with supportive parents.
Going into care has lifelong effects on a child and only when there is really no other option should a child be taken into care. Too many children are being taken into care without a thought to the long term consequences that the child will have to deal with in the future. Going into care is a short term fix that ignores the long term consequences on not just the child and the family but on society as a whole for generations to come.
So pleased that the members of UKIP rejected Nigel Farages resignation and we don’t have to wait for him to return as UKIP leader. He has to be the most charismatic man in politics since Churchill.
Whilst Conservatives were first past the post and therefore under our present system won, no one can deny that UKIP put up a good fight but were stymied by the fact that people vote Conservative because they wanted Labour out. Cameron should be thanking UKIP as the irony has already been commented that it was UKIP who put Cameron in power.
It’s a shame that Farage didn’t get a seat I was looking forward to a shake up in Parliament. SNP won more seats (56) for the 1.5 million voters in comparison to UKIP’s 4 million SNP voters and only won 1 seat. The Green has a good following too. It has also shown that more proportional representation is a fairer system and would represent the views of the people.
Dana I have never voted if i did it would be to get rid of the bloody lot of them, people are not aware it is all rigged long before the votes are read out same as the closed family courts even the crimanal courts all done and dusted long before the case is over and family courts another kid sent to their deaths. I lost half a million pounds to a fraudster but he walked free and I now know he threatened to whistle blow on the money laundering in Essex if he was made to pay me back so it goes on and on and who ever walks into the door of NO 10 nothing changes its been the same since dot, I have been mmany times into the house of commons for lunce or afternoon tea and if you saw the MPs shouting at each other in the house then they go arm in arm for lunch or tea or go and have a fag in their smoking room, Sorry if I have up set you.
