- Contempt of Court – YouTube video showing Professor David Ormerod QC, Law Commissioner for Criminal Law, talking about The Law Commission’s recommendations for an online service listing court reporting postponement orders. The service would enable publishers, journalists and bloggers reporting criminal trials to establish whether reporting restrictions are in force, and so reduce their risk of contempt.
