As the week looks set to start sunny and bright, we have our usual question of the week for you, to help ease you into any workday morning.

Our conundrum this week then, stems around the Ministry of Justice’s recent proposals to raise court fees in order to find more revenue. The plans were shot down in a rare ‘red report’ by independent advisers. Chris Grayling, our Justice Secretary, is responsible for this latest proposal; his critics will surely see this as yet another blunder by someone in office who does not have the requisite experience to understand his audience.
