Next Monday (13th January) at 9pm, the BBC will be airing their investigation into the family courts in Britain, on their Panorama series. This episode, as this post title suggests, is called “I Want My Baby back”, and will endeavour to look at the system to see if some parents are losing their children to the care system and adoption, unjustly.

The programme looks set to investigate the quality of expert evidence in the courts and potential mistakes made, either through negligence or the difficulties some cutting edge medical cases cause, when trying to get to the bottom of injuries suffered by children.

It should be an interesting hour.

A big hat tip to Dana Raymond for letting us know the programme was airing.
