The Lords are hard at work rifling through the Bill with a fine tooth comb, and these latest proposed amendments are certainly worth a read. Our favourite offerings come from Baroness Massey and Lord Listowel, who between them are single-handedly trying to ensure that children return home wherever possible and that they have well-cemented rights to advocacy, so that the Voice of the Child is not ignored.

Big props to the other wonderful peers who offer up some very interesting and child-focused proposals, both in this update and the ones that have come before.
